I found boats net on line for a hard to find part for my Suzuki Outboard motor I had searched for several days and sites with no luck I then found the boats net website and I could not find the exact part I was searching for so I called them directly not only was the call answered quickly but the customer service in parts was great and they found exactly what I needed and they had it in stock I would highly recommend them to friends and family for a resource for boat parts in the future

When the order arrived it was missing about half of the items because the packaging had been damaged in transit Without hesitation boats net had the missing pieces re-ordered and on their way and they were going to work with UPS directly to resolve the shipping issues Both customer representatives I spoke with were great to work with and resolve the issue And like always the parts that were ordered were OEM high quality parts

I recently purchased a new replacement four blade Solas Rubex prop and a new brass hub assembly for my boat Not only did they have the best prices I could find anywhere on the items They also offered free shipping and my items arrived two days early in perfect condition I had a question about the order process since I was a new customer and this was my first order So I ended up calling customer service very short hold time The gentleman I spoke with was friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the products I was purchasing I would definitely recommend Boats net to anyone looking for parts or accessories for any boat

They are always very helpful

They are always very helpful and knowledgeable I appreciate the time they take to make sure that the parts that I order are appropriate for my particular outboard I will say that their low price guarantee is a little bit disingenuous You can definitely find the parts cheaper on Amazon or what they call third party sellers sites But I imagine that their prices compare well with other boating specialist sites

I have two boats with two different brand motors I use boats net exclusively as they have the most accurate way to select your part They use manufacturer part numbers and show pictures and schematics of every part I have been ordering parts from them for other motors over the years and only buy through their site

They re a good source for me as a non-franchised repair shop I truly understand you can t stock everything During the past year shipping has been slower than before the Covid pandemic but I realize it effects everyone If more people would get the vaccine they could be working instead of taking government handouts Then we could all be getting supplies like before this mess It s just hard running a business right now for everyone
