Orders never shipped no way to reach customer service

I placed an order for parts that the site listed as available but the order had still not shipped 2 weeks later The status of the parts listed on the site changed almost daily from available to temporarily unavailable Attempting to reach the company to cancel the order is impossible The customer service phone line has hold times of greater than 2 hours and the online chat service never responded after 3 days of attempts

Hard to do business with

Hard to do business with Their availability time is very misleading Since I go with their information it makes me look horrible to my customers who think I m just lazy to fix their boat or moving them behind other customers

I ordered and received 6 QC12PEP spark plugs

I ordered and received 6 QC12PEP spark plugs at a cost of 91 64 for my 90 HP Etec The six plugs were put in a plastic baggie without any individual packing or plug protection this plastic bag was then put into another plastic without any additional packing to protect the plugs from banging against each other during shipping So I now have six plugs worth almost one hundred dollars that I have no idea if there are any cracks in the electrode end or within the porcelain within the plug Imagine trying to get credit for a cracked plug in the spring when the plugs are installed Al Lorenz

This place seems to be a broker house

This place seems to be a broker house Saying part in stock means 25 days or longer I would not recommend this company to anybody After reviewing company reply I can 100 say that they are just brokering parts and will use the age old excuse about suuply chain issues This would not be a problem if you actually had parts in stock or a better procurement system with accurate delivery status Again I would never recommend this company to anybody
