I am having the same issues

I placed an order for a SC-1000 Tac I received it on time but the bezel that the salesman told me was on it was not there I called to find out why and they said that it was never there and that the sales person was wrong I ended up ordering the bezel they said they were in stock I mount up the tac in my new boat awaiting the Bezel that makes it look right and nothing shows up I get on and find out that they lied to me again The bezel was no longer in stock and would not be shipped until the 8th or 9th of the month That is a 100 failure in my mind I paid for rush handling and everything I would look long and hard before I used these guys again They did respond and said mistakes happen Well this is twice once when they said the kit included a bezel and a second time when they said it was in stock and Inshould pay for priority shipping That isn t a mistake that is a grevious failure of any customer satisfaction policy A resolution would be to supply the bezel freight free or supply the bezel they said was included This isn t about a 28 00 bezel w freight it is about customer satisfaction which is always defined in the mind of the customer

Spark Plugs

Spark PlugsI ordered spark plugs from this website and the item said in the title pack of 4 So I ordered 1 pack of 4 of the spark plug I needed I even called to confirm the item I selected was a pack of 4 becuase it was 6 seemed like the price of a single spark plug but they confirmed it was 4 Only one single spark plug arrived I called again to see why I only received one spark plug when I ordered a pack of 4 They explained thats how the manufacturer of the item wants the product to be listed on their website BUT they did place another order to send me another spark plug expedited shipping and waiving the shipping cost I requested they rename the product listing For this reason and because I don t need the spark plug immediately 2 stars is fine This was my first experience using this site not sure if other products may be listed with a deceiving title or not but how can they expect anyone to know any different from the listed name of the item
