Over the past couple of months I was having some difficulties receiving some products through bodybuilding com that I never had issues with before Some disruption was expected with the pandemic but I was starting to get frustrated not having the products I like for my workouts I was able to connect with support staff and they were very polite understanding and were able to help me out As a customer it was nice to feel prioritized and my initial negative experience ended in a very positive way Thank you

Great customer service team that helped understand and resolve the order shipping issue I was having I ordered after hours the flavor was incorrect but even though I sent a message right away the order was still shipping the following day The customer service team tried to have the order shipped back but it arrived nonetheless The team issued me a refund and all is now well in the world

I was just about to stop doing business with bodybuilding com due to its lack thereof of Quilty and competent customer service agents that s until an employee by the name of Mighty Millie stepped in and took care of the issue took care of a client and made it right Why is it that it took several days several hours and a horrible experience with several of bodybuilding com employees not doing their job I truly would like to know why why the employees refused to do their job two agents hung up on me and did nothing but ruin my faith in doing business with bodybuilding Com

My order was cancelled and I called and was told I would get a response which did not come I called and Mighty Millie walked me through what was required When I placed my next order it was cancelled again I called Mighty Millie back and she found out it was an IT problem on the website site She had the issue resolved then stayed on the phone while I resent the order It finally worked She was personable understanding and really took my problem to heart and didn t stop until the problem was solved She is an asset to the bodybuilding company
