Plagued by email spam from Bolt
I downloaded the Bolt app last June to book a taxi on holiday The price waa high and I found a bus instead But I m still plagued with advertising emails from Bolt I ve unsubscribed many times but to no avail Its really annoying

I have been using in Thailand and on a regular basis drivers accept the journey and then send a message saying its far away and they want sometimes 3 times the amount They also accept fares and continue to drive in the opposite direction presumably as they are not ready and still dropping someone else off so the estimated wait arrival time is often double

14 days to refund a hold charge Outrageous
They take a charge over your card and then if the ride doesn t happen take up to 14 days to refund for doing absolutely NOTHING Even Uber doesn t do something so outrageous and unjustified Has to be illegal but not sure who to report it to

No one can tell me at BOLT why for the first time I was charged a SERVICE PASSENGER FEE on a ride The folk on the help desk seem confused too Some of the conversation thread was even erased by BOLT Could it possibly be a way to put up the price without saying that is what is happening Or am I being unfair

totally unreliable
After a day spent at hospital with sick relative I ordered a bolt cab 2 drivers in turn accepted the ride the app said they d arrived then each cancelled charging me a 6 cancellation fee Stood in rain for 45 mins trying to sort it then gave up Bolt is a mess never again
