Very bad I ordered two weeks ago and I haven t known anything about my order The shipping times indicated are not true I wrote to customer service to find out shipping time I understand the current situation and obviously I had no answer If in a few days I have no answer I will ask for a refund In any case I ll delete the app and I will no longer make purchases

If You re reading these reviews it s because you got scammed as I did If you re about to order I suggest keep reading and any person with common sense will not purchase anything with this company

DONT USE CREDIT ACCOUNT

DONT USE THIS COMPANY FOR CREDIT ACCOUNT PAYMENT I have used Bonprix for some years now and never had a problem Used their credit account and always paid on time even had credit on the account Paid all my account off in full 23 04 21 to then be charge 64 80 on 03 05 21 deferred interest as I didn t specifically put the payment to my credit account even though paid in plenty of time Currently with the Financial ombudsman

Never again Quite apart from the fact that the quality is not good the custorer service is a completly diseaster They are not helful at all arrogant and unpleasant I wanted to loge a complaint of the clothes I had to pay for the shipment waited so long Normally companies are trying to make the customer feel good even if they are unsatified Even if I find something that i really want to buy I won t buy it Bonprix is a sh

Terrible experience

Terrible experience They take about 2 weeks to get back to you on anything After the delivery date was delayed by 3 weeks I messaged to have my order cancelled and ordered from elsewhere They then got back to me after it had been sent out 2 weeks later saying too late I now have 2 of the same item and will painfully return the other one from the much better company Wayfair as I actually trust them to take care of the return quickly and easily Will cost me an extra 8 though Avoid

They do not deserve one star They delivered to the wrong address a half a mile from where I live the neighbour returned the parcel when the courier returned Then i recived an email to say i had received my order along with a photo of my neighbours porch at her address Trying to get them to understand it is there fault and bad customer service is beyond belief They have my money and i have a photo of my neighbors porch

Be careful SCAM company

Be careful SCAM company I never received my products they told me it was lost in the post After many phone calls and emails with different people as nobody takes ownership I have still not received my refund Making up excuses your email doesn t work we can t refund your credit card the list is long I have reported them and will go to court unless I receive my refund

I do not recommend buying from them the items are not what they appear to be and the retours last a lifetime They do not care about how you choose to have your money back in the fillout retour form they give you they send it however they wish Never buying again Also their size guide is wrong I measured and it has nothing to do with the actial sizes Total dissapointment
