Terrible communication Bonsai was delivered 10 days too late

Terrible customer experience - I got ghosted

My experience with bonsaiwonder was terrible When I first found the page I thought it was so great and reliable I got really excited I was ordering a Christmas present for my boyfriend I ordered without any problems Then a few days later I got a WhatsApp with a picture of the bonsai ready for shipment I thought that was a very nice detaile and made me feel like they are very trustworthy and know the value of customer service But clearly they don t What happened later feels like a scam The tree arrived The box undamaged but as I opened it the bonsai was almost laying on the ground the box where the bonsai was standing broke as well as the base of the pot The tree was already losing leaves and looked very unhealthy But this can happen you know It was the 04 12 so I still had some time to get a replacement from bonsaiwonder I directly contacted them per WhatsApp and I got no answer A week later I contacted them per mail also no answer More WhatsApp more mails and even instagram and no answer Because Christmas was getting closer it was the 19 12 I decided to buy a new bonsai at my local gardening store And then i received an answer from jordi He said he sent me a mail I saw it and it said they can only give me the money back on their platform or another tree I demanded to get my money back to PayPal because of the time passed and the very bad customer experience I have no new tree and gave up 60 euro to this company for nothing

Terrible company

Got a bonsai delivered but the tray was broken They quickly responded to my review about the delivery It actually said that the product was very nice aswel as the delivery but unfortunately the tray was broken 4 weeks 3 messages 3 phone calls en a voicemail later I still don t have the tray Everytime you try to make contact nothing happens I also did not receive any of the pictures they promised me of other bonsai I wanted to purchase Too bad that a company with nice products has such terrible service and communication

Communication with the company is very good and you can clearly see that they want to satisfy their customers and send flawless goods Since Bonais are very sensitive they should look for another more reliable logistician At the moment it s DPD and that doesn t work at all Essentially DPD is destroying Bonsaiwonder s work through poor logistics You should react urgently here

Very helpful They made sure I got a Bonsai with a style I was satisfactory with and had a great support The Bonsai itself unfortunately had quite a lot of rusted old wires deep in the bark which will leave some scaring I would buy from them again but make sure the Bonsai has none of these forgotten wires in there

The bonsai tree was well packaged and I received regular updates on the shipping The only reason why I took one star off is because the saucer was cracked I managed to glue it so I m still using it and it does the job but better checking is required before shipping Thanks a lot and I m looking forward to raising my own bonsai tree
