DIRTY DAMAGED ORDER

I received my order and it was incredibly poor quality and damaged It is covered in dirt threads hanging off all over pulled threads and the wings that are appliqu d on the back of the kimono are loose It is very poor quality and cheap material - yet I paid 109 plus shipping I got one response saying I m entitled to an exchange or store credit but given that the item is faulty and dirty I should be entitled to a refund What use is store credit when the items are clearly not as advertised and NOT worth anywhere near what they charge for them I ve sent photographs of the damage and am yet to receive a reply I will not let this drop as it s a considerable amount of money to lose

Absolutely horrible DO NOT ORDER

Absolutely horrible This website is a SCAM I ordered the Paris Hilton dress from them and they took my money and never sent the item and never replied Eventually I got my money back through a PayPal claim which also took a month All other negative reviews are true its NOT made to order they order it from AliExpress or Shein I 100 believe the positive reviews are fake or paid

Arrived with a stain on the crotch area

The bodysuit I ordered arrived with a very obvious stain on the crotch area - disgusting After implying it was my fault It looks like this must have happened after you opened the package they eventually agreed to refund me which took three weeks However they did not refund the delivery or return costs which were 28 in spite of asking them to and providing receipts Also in the UK you pay VAT and customs duty of 57 so wow I m out of pocket by 85 for someone else s crotch stain To top it all off The quality is so poor for the price Very thin material poor stitching Absolutely shocking

I recently bought an item from the Born

I recently bought an item from the Born in Stockholm website direct expecting a luxury item for the price The sequins have been stuck on with glue and were bent and even just taking it out of the bag a few came off There is no branding on the item and looks really cheap I can return it but because I m in the UK I only get a credit voucher This is not ideal as if I want to order anything else which I don t I have to pay a custom charge of 68 to get it delivered I am so disappointed as this was for a hen do and now have nothing to wear I am over 200 down and very disappointed

Scam Accepting returns but no money refunded

Bought two items online and returned them in shop No problems with the items themselves they just didnt fit After 3 months I had still not gotten my money back and so I emailed them No answer in a week Had to go to the shop to remind them They claimed there must be a technical glitch but I don t believe that taking into consideration how many others have experience similar situations I think they are scamming people by accepting returns and not giving back their money

Horrendous Quality - Please don t buy

Buying and delivering was not problem - very quick However the quality of this dress is absolutely horrendous - for 107 it s so so so bad I ve bought better dresses from retail stores at 30 Opened the package and the sequins were already peeling off - clear parts of the material was scuffed - I actually can t believe how bad it is for the price I paid It s a bit of a scam

I do not understand what everyone is receiving but I can tell you that the service I had was awful The quality of the items are terrible and Born in Stockholm should be rebranded as Born Scam-Holm as the items are clearly purchased from a site we can all access and priced at a 300 profit margin Seriously people think they re buying a 200 item when it in fact costs 50 TOTAL RIP OFF

Sequins glued fall off small waist 20

I got my order after 2 months Never got reply to my inquiries so finally cancelled order When order came the sequins were glued on and began to come off just getting it out of package and significantly trying on The small skirt waist was like 20 Trying to return and can t get English version on website Hope I can get it returned too expensive not too

Better luck buying the outfit from aliexpress The outfits are not as advertised They are not of high quality or hand made I reached out to them via email and Instagram and only received responses on Instagram telling me to calm down and that it must ve been a one off situation That they d review Told me to ship it back but still hasn t provided a label They delete negative comments on social media but can t delete this
