My hair loves Boucleme products I have been using them for nearly 2 years and would not change to anything else Although I would like to see improvement in packaging as I feel like it is a lot of plastic even if the products last for a long time It would be nice to see an option for refills

I had a parcel stolen Customer Services at Boucleme were understanding and sympathetic Although the problem was a result of Yodel - they appreciated my problem and explained more than Yodel did when I complained to them I was also offered a discount - again more than Yodel did

Top notch hair care

You have no idea how many products I tried for my thinning wavy curly hair and it was never right I was a bit wary of spending that much money on hair products again but Boucleme is totally worth it It works wonder on my hair my curls have never been that defined my hair is silky smooth and shiny with a bit of lift volume after washing they have lots of helpful and useful tips to care for your type of curls and they work Everything I wanted so very very pleased with it
