I invested in the new protein product and have been using it for about 3 weeks now I honestly don t see or feel any difference

The shampoo has left my scalp irritated and it almost feels like my curls are dropping My hair is stiff and it doesn t feel clean Really overpriced and dissapointing product

revive 5 hair oil scent definitely has changed

I bought the revive 5 hair oil the nighttime curls collection an extra silk pillowcase I remember reading recent reviews that the scent of the hair oil had change I threw caution to the window but sadly those reviewers were right the scent has completely changed It was what I loved about the oil and sadly I can no longer justify the price The pillowcases - I hand washed them but they struggle to fit on my pillow my pillows are thick so I imagine on less thick pillows this wouldn t be the case I can still use them but they don t envelope properly Another disappointment I do however like the spray and treatment in the night time curls collection but overall I m disappointed with my purchase

Disappointing

The packaging contained what appeared to be polystyrene which is inexcusable The products did very little for my hair the gel left it frizzy and stringy I may try them again in the summer but for now they are shelved and it s back to Curls Rock amplifier which although contains silicon is a cheaper option

I brought as a gift The exterior packaging was really damaged What I didn t realize was this was the product packaging Now let with the strange situation of having to find a clean box to gift it in Not a great selling point

Website needs to be set up better

Great products and customer service respond quickly but the website is set up terribly I understand you can t use discount code on top of discount code but when items are on sale or when you buy a bundle they all need an individual code Meaning you can t get them at the advertised price if buying together I spent 120 in total and had to choose between splitting my order and getting free shipping or not getting the advertised discount Doesn t seem fair really

I was super excited to try Boucleme but no

I was super excited to try Boucleme after seeing the results on instagram but to my disappointment it s done nothing for my hair but to make it frizzy and wavy I am from Latinx heritage so maybe this only works for European hair Glad the products are as natural as you can get but I would not recommend I tried to give it a few washes to see if things improved but my hair has lost its curls which I m so gutted about and now I m down under 50 but ce la vie

Poor Customer Service

From a customer service prospective and a first-time buyer I reached out for the gift hair towel I was told I missed my opportunity I couldn t figure out where to put the code and assumed it would automatically be added to my purchase as it was over 60 When I reached out I was told where to add the promo code and from the backend there was nothing they could do Again poor customer retention model I feel disappointed and sad to have missed out I picked your company because of the towel as a gift Kristen

Ordered the 30 day to curls pack

Ordered the 30 day to curls pack been using it for just over a week but I m not that impressed Smell is quite overpowering and I am finding the curls only last one day Day two and three hair is quite wild and frizzes easily Usually only have to wash my hair twice a week but am having to wash every other day as the style just doesn t hold Disappointed as these products are very expensive
