I have zero confidence in your delivery dispatchers Yodel Following poor delivery service Boucleme will need an option of click collect for me to order their lovely products online ever again

Losing customer focus

Emailed about pump not working on Revive 5 Glow with BOU order number in heading so no excuse still waiting for response 5 days later Sadly company appears to be too invested in marketing and not product satisfaction now there are plenty of other curly hair companies out there with similar credentials snapping at heels so Boucleme need to up their game to keep customers coming back just lost this one

4 days for a answer

The customer service take 4 days to give an answer and they have the audacity to answer with obvious answers I ordered the 1st of October from this company and I m still waiting for my package A week ago I asked the costumer service for my package they take 4 days to answer me with a tracker that I already have so I knew where is my package and it s still a the same place it s been like that since the 4th of October I don t know if they think there customers are nuts but if the package is at the same place for 10 days there obviously a problem as a service client you should known that so why answering with a tracking package instead of give a hand to your client

I ordered pack of products more then week ago and still didn t receive I messaged asking where is my parcel now but nobody back to me I m really disappointed spend over 50 for products which never came

I can t fault the company and delivery

I can t fault the company and delivery etc was great but the curl cream and curl gel are not good for me My hair is really greasy and limp after using these together as advised Will try separately But disappointed for the price of them

No Formula change of curl conditioner

I love Boucleme and have used it happily for many years However the change In Formula of the curl conditioner DOES NOT WORK for me I use it as a leave in and now It leaves my hair dry I am devastated as it has taken many years to find a conditioner that works and now it has gone I in desperation bought the new seal and shield but alas it doesn t work either I am now ordering on Amazon as they seem to have some bottles left of the old formula But I am truly gutted I went on boucleme to see if the unisex conditioner had also changed formula but it doesn t seem to be available any more If there are any litre bottles of the old formula left can I buy some

Didn t verify customer email I m not the customer but I m getting spammed with crap updates Not fair on the customer not fair on the owner of the wrong email address It s basic Fix it

I placed an order over 2 weeks ago and I have constantly had to enquire why it has not been delivered I m extremely disappointed by the customer service and will ensure that I leave negative reviews as this has ruined a loved ones birthday

Terrible service

Terrible service - booked a kit and after 4 days waiting for any info from the delivery service I wrote them asking the status They replied that the kit is out of stock and they will send it to me as soon as they have it I have asked for immediate reimbursement will see how it goes

worse delivery ever

I ve tried to buy Boucl me products twice from the european website but in both situations the parcel was loosen either the delivery company has the shipping details updated to delivered I ve learned my lesson and gonna buy the products from look fantastic that has better prices and a more trustworthy delivery
