They lost a ring sent from a friend He had written all the details required outside the envelope I was calling everyday At first they told me that due to heavyload I have to wait Then they told me to send a photo of the envelope I did so They reassured me that they will find it or else they will send a refund They never called me again and they didn t answer in my emails the next days when I discovered through the app that has been lost They only called the sender from the warehouse and they started asking him if it is the x ring etc as if they were talking about handkerchiefs They never send a refund They asked the receipt from the sender who had bought it from a street seller and didn t have one And my question is the following if he had send something valuable for example a family heirloom they would ask him a receipt Never again box now

Very poor service
Very poor service The shipment was only in a self-service box for 6 days 4 working days although it should be there for 7 to 20 working days the shipment was sent back to the sender after four working days No help was available when contacting the seller

Abusive company that needs to lose its permit
Used to be great when they first started but now they are totally an irresponsible company with abusive drivers who take over the city pavements and abuse anyone who is in their way The company does nothing about it even after many complaints They need to lose their license cos their drivers are a danger to pedestrians and drivers alike in Greek cities

Infuriating company
Parcel was delivered to a stranger and I got his package He threw away my package The company refused to compensate me saying I need to provide a receipt for the things I lost I told them I don t have a receipt but since they had already contacted the other person and knew the contents of my package they surely knew it was worth over the 100 euros limit they have for compensation They kept saying provide a receipt I gave up Do NOT use them
