I read these terrible reviews only after having to claim with Bradford and Bingley and was really shocked wondering what sort of service if any I was going to receive They were fine My partner was mugged in the street and had all his expensive belongings taken from him B and B paid out in full The reason they re not getting five stars is that it took almost three months for the money to come through The process of claiming is perhaps understandably extraordinarily thorough After the long online claim he was interviewed twice by two different agents We also had to chase them up But all s well that ends well
