Not as bad as the reviews say

Had a policy with B B for over a year I decided to renew with them a couple months ago but recently found a cheaper quote I rang them to cancel and quickly got through and cancelled with ease and only a 25 cancellation fee

Great Service

Ok I m not for one second disregarding anyone else s reviews however as they are so shocking I thought I d better leave one Hopefully it gives someone piece of mind I have been with them for a while and only read the reviews after I broke my TV and needed to claim I didn t hold out much hope but thought I try as I cant afford to replace it Anyway it was all done online and 2 days later a have a CHQ on the way No fuss no back and forward phone calls and no paperwork etc That s it I had a great experience and genuinely would recommend them

Excellent to renew contents insurance with had various questions and additions and customer service was corteous and answered the phones very quickly no hanging onWould recommend to anyone Thank you again

Brilliant to deal with

I was very dubious taking insurance out with B B after seeing some of the reviews however there was no need for me to have worried They have been extremely efficient in dealing with my claim there were no issues despite it being quite a complicated one Everything was approved and paid out with no problems whatsoever I would recommend them 100 plus on renewal I expected my premium to be alot higher due to my claim it has only increased by 3 00 and that was after adding extras onto it I think that there will be problems with all insurance companies at some point for certain claims and customers but I am 100 satisfied with this insurance company Very competitive price as well Highly recommended

Excellent policy and service

I needed to use the home emergency cover due to a leaky boiler They did everything they could to arrange for a plumber to come out the same day he arrived at time specified The problem has been now been resolved The person who dealt with my claim on the phone at 2am was very helpful and friendly Their home contents insurance with emergency assist is a great product and it was competitively priced Great value for money and excellent service

I was burgled on the 19th of January

I was burgled on the 19th of January and my payment from them cleared in my account less than a month later They were extremely helpful on the phone and exceeded my expectations I was paid out more than what I paid for the stolen items as some were second hand I am very pleased with them and will be sticking with them forever

Unfortunately I had to make a claim for a damaged tv and after reading the bad reviews I was a bit apprehensive but I needn t have worried The process couldn t have been easier I spoke to a lovely girl called Cally who was very pleasant efficient and very quickly assessed and approved the claim Totally satisfied with Bradford and Bingley and will recommend

Leanne is an angel

I called up spoke to Leanne regarding a letter I d had about a late payment I explained my very messy situation and what I could look at for options and I can 100 honestly say that she was an angel She was incredibly understanding of my situation and was the most helpful person I ve ever dealt with She is such a credit to the company and I hope this feedback gets passed back to her Thank you so much Leanne for your wonderful support
