Ronnie was my main helper I have not had better service from another auto shop ever They answered all of my questions made sure my car was at peek condition and Ronnie even gave me advice on future repairs

In the past I have always recieved good service from Brakes Plus During my last few visits they exceeded my expectations The service I received from Jason Varney and Steven Garcia was superior They listened very carefully to my concerns They totally came through with timely service professionalism and most of all integrity This is some of the reasons I will remain a loyal customer

I arrived for my appointment and was taken care of immediately My car tire was shaking hard so I came for an alignment They alerted me that the problem was my torn bushings for my control arm They fixed my car and had me on my way in an hour and a half My ride home was smooth and quiet again Thanks

Amazing team and mechanics

I cannot say enough kind words about Trish and everyone here I was in town from Houston for the weekend only to have to unfortunate surprise of my compressor failing Trish and her team worked hard to find a way we could get my vehicle to where I could get back to Houston for a more complete repair She and her team made sure to show me the issue and explain in full what work needs to be done If I am ever in need of a mechanic again while in Dallas I will certainly come visit this team

I recently brought my expedition into brakes plus to have the front struts replaced since our back struts had just been replaced two years ago Come to find out the shop that replaced it a few years ago replaced it with the wrong parts So thank you so much brakes plus for replacing our front and rear struts with the correct product and all with such professionalism and expertise We are definitely loyal brakes plus customers now

I made an appointment to get a price for service They got me in quickly and provided an estimate and said they could start the work right away and be done by the end of the day I received a call just before it would be done stating that they were missing some parts and would have the job completed in the morning I received a call the next morning stating that they should be done by 11 I received a call that the job was completed I was kept informed every step of the way Friendly staff
