This company is very dishonest

This company is very dishonest I bought a drive train warranty from them The engine went out before the warranty ended They first wanted all my maintenance records I gave them the papers They said all seals and gaskets are not covered and any damage from them going bad The rings were determined to be the problem and they said I had to pay 2000 to tear it down to the problem then they would send out an inspector to evaluate it Guaranteed they will find a reason not to cover it

Poor Service bad Tech and worse management

This Hickory Hollow location should not desire any star at all The worst service I ever have Maintenance for my car including axis and brake after 3 week and I drive on highway on the back home The car was cracking noice Stay in Clarksville one night and Clarksville location find out the Hickory Hollow installation had not done correctly and I could be dried on highway if I am in middle somewhere and the car can not stop Supposedly Hickory Hollow should call me what is everything happening and how to take care They never did and not helping on what they did Can not reach the manager all the time and employee can not get the manager as well Poor service and worst management service center I never had

Total waste of time to try and get an

Total waste of time to try and get an appointment scheduled 543012 in Mobile Al which is near the Mall I ve tried as I have other locations in AL to do it online UNLIKE other locations I never heard from them about accepting the appointment Other locations like Birmingham and Huntsville Accepted within 10-15 minutes NOT this one Guess they really are doing what others say-too busy looking at their phones ahem Mike H to tend to customers Every time I go by there the parking lot is full and it makes me wonder about the safety of the location-not sure I would leave my car there overnight when they are too busy to get to it Besides being too busy on his phone you will find Mike H a tad bit snarky when dealing with people

The receptionist

The receptionist by the name of Brandon is extremely rude Ive been back and forth about problems with my car that THEY caused and they acted as if they didnt want to help me AFTER I paid over a thousand dollars They are unprofessional and extremely ignorant On top of that they don t know what they re doing I will NEVER spend my hard earned money at this establishment again

CAME IN REQUEST THAT TIRES GET ROTATED 2 FLAT REPAIRS TIRES WAS NOT ROTATED NO PLUGS FOR FLAT REPAIR WHILE WAITING IN LOBBY WHITE LADY COMES IN AND NEED 2 FLAT REPAIRS AND HE OFFERED TO GO PICK UP TIRE PATCHES FROM ANOTHER STORE I HAD A APPT FOR 2 FLAT REPAIRS BUT I COULDNT GET MINES DONE BECAUSE IM BLACK I GUESS SO NOW I CUT MY CFNDA CARD UP NO MORE FIRESTONE FOR ME DIFFERENT STORE I had to leave a review I come in often for alignment for my vehicle which is under warranty and there is a new guy named Brent there is so rude and I will never be back unorganized rude I really want to have 1 on1 with him I m contacting corperated 2ND VISIT CAME IN FOR ANOTHER ALINGNMENT AND A TIRE ROTATION DROPPED CAR OFF ALLL DAY AND THEY NEVER DID THE ROTATION REALLY PISSED ME OFF I HAVE 150 A PIECE TIRES UPDATE CAME IN 7 21 ON A CARRY IN WITH A NEW TIRE I TOLD THEM I WANT MOUNTED ON RIM VAVLE STEM AND BALANCE WHEN I PICKED UP THEY TOLD ME 20 BUCKS I SAID THATS IT I ASKED DID U BALANCE IT AND HE SAIDS YES AND I GET TIRE HOME AND NO WHEEL WEIGHTS AND VALVE STEM LEAKING PAID WITH FIRESTONE CARD I WOULD CUT THIS CARD UP BUT IM GO TO INDY TIRE BECUASE I SEE YALL HIRE ANYBODY

I had a mastercylinder replaced for 400 it leaks all the brake fluid out once a month I brought my truck back 5x to keep being told it is not leaking finally gave up 1 year later it is rusted to crap from leaking constantly n looks like the master cylinder is 20 years old n leaking This is a horrible company

Absolute HORRENDOUS job by Firestone False Advertisement Told at shop 0 percent interest for 6 months if you pay off Turns out there is a caveat I paid 100 over the minimum and ZERO was taken off promotional balance I call Customer Service was told only can pay promotional balance in last 2 months What the hell is this garbage No money over the min payment can be allocated toward the promotional balance So basically the entire promotional balance can ONLY be paid within 60 days prior to expiration Otherwise they get the entire interest that was accrued Just another shady business practice Won t be going to Firestone anymore

I purchased tires in 2020 with guarantee of 70 000 miles I brought in car to check air pressure and ask about life of tire I was told that they should be replaced I only have 20 000 miles on tire Well according to the service tech these tires were manufactured on 2017 and tires only last 5 years Why would a company sell a consumer 3 year old tires Or even tell you that at the time of purchase And to top it off he was unprofessional and rude STAY AWAY FROM FIRESTONE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE I was a long time customer but no more

I want to give zero stars on Firestone complete Auto Care I made an appointment but the store employee said 6 customers were ahead of me Firestone s website allows booking your appointments for a particular time even if many customers already occupied the same time which causes a very long waiting time at the shop The store posted a sign to get 5 off when you apply for the store credit card and also one employee from the store confirm the 5 discount so I applied it but I didn t receive the 5 discount In-store prices are higher than online quoted prices but the store refused to honor the online quoted prices Stay away from the Firestone store
