Very impressed with the service I received from the moment I walked in to the sales office to find my next car right up to completing the sale My part exchange deal was sorted promptly and Fergus the sales executive was friendly approachable and found me the perfect car Would definitely use this business again

Non pushy and good stock

Scott was really helpful one of the reasons I tried Bravoauto was the comments about the non pushy sales team Happy to confirm they were correct I was buying online but felt confident with Scott who was not only responsive during the sale but was also really helpful after the sale when I had questions The car itself is as described and I m very happy to give these guys the full five stars

Excellent Service from Dave at Cannock

Everything carried out via email and phone call Dave was very good video of the car was sent and he was very honest and pointed out the couple of issues around the bodywork of the car He also sorted out those issues with bodywork He kept in touch regularly and arranged delivery of the car and collection of the old one Also was very swift with refunds The best experience we have had when purchasing a car by far Would definitely use again and would recommend

Great dealership Not the normal pushy sales team From start to finish they were professional informative and presented the car in the time frame that we agreed on and above all the car was presented interior immaculate and bodywork polished to a high standard and a 12 month warranty for piece of mind Definitely use them when it comes to part exchange in the future

I saw my new purchase on autotrader I went to look at the car and was impressed by the condition apart from slight damage to the front bumper on the side it looked like it had just scrapped a post etc Everything else was in perfect order I spoke with salesman RYAN who was very professional asked if I would like to have a test drive I felt under no pressure I eventually purchased the car with a promise that I would receive a little better P X that the cosmetic work was completed I did an excellent job was done Collection was smooth and professional

Amazing team

Visited on a very busy Saturday in Halifax but still well looked after on our visit Great choice of cars but not one for us this time - we will return to buy purely based on great staff experience - thanks mark Marc and Kate for being so fantastic
