I am truly grateful for this experience and forever thankful that I took it upon myself to sign up Johannes and his team did nothing but show love kindness empathy support and compassion to every single person at any given moment The education and style of teaching was brilliant covering all things breathwork and beyond The Chalets were cosy to stay in and the food was delicious and nourishing If you have any doubts about signing up I encourage you to take the plunge it is an unforgettable experience

Such an amazing experience with a wonderful open and accepting group of people I felt like I could really breathe for the first time in years if not forever The feeling of emotional release was so powerful and left me feeling like a long carried load had lightened Definitely recommend

I signed up for this course with anxiety of the unknown but knowing I needed this in my life What I experienced was something beyond what my expectations were The knowledge and science behind breathe blew my mind then to be able to experience it myself aswell as facilitate was a whole knew level This is such a life changing experience for one s personal journey but ti learn how to implement it into the lives of others is so rewarding It was a weekend a will never forget I ve walked away learning so much about myself breathe and with a bunch of beautiful souls I will forever be grateful to have in my life There is not one thing I would change about the weekend One word GRATITUDE

Wow This course is the most comprehensive course I have experienced to date on breathwork Easy to follow online training component and a forever breathwork community to support you r growth and facilitation level up I love that the science is there to support the teachings and countless OnDemand practices to follow this truly has changed the way I breathe for the better and my life moving forward I did not know I was breathing so poorly until I felt the change in my physiology as a result of doing the practice Forever grateful

This was an incredible experience Johannes spoke extremely informatively humorously and shared some lovely stories about how breathwork had helped him through his own life I met some interesting people the support crew were great and could have anticipated that such a euphoric state connection to the world could be reached just by altering the way we breathe

The whole weekend exceeded my expectations and took me so much more out of my comfort zone in ways like never before The experience was challenging and confronting as it was nurturing and embracing Johannes and his team bent over backwards to ensure everyone was cared for and supported I recommend whatever the reason you feel the urge to embark on a Breathless experience listen to your intuition and just do it Johannes is a true leader who genuinely wants the best for you Richard

I recently completed phase 2 of the level 1 instructor training Johannes and the Breathless team provided an amazing experience I learned so much not only about breathwork but myself too This course has given me the knowledge and confidence to share the power of breathwork with the broader community I highly recommend this to anyone even remotely interested in breathwork

I think what made my experience great was first and foremost Johannes He has a beautiful trusting energy and I instantly felt safe Secondly the rest of the team were welcoming and approachable This was my first breath work experience and I m still processing what happened but I thoroughly enjoyed it
