I had an issue with a payment but the support team including Sandy patiently helped me to solve the issue

Im always learning

This is an amazing website I am always learning something new every day My only complaint is that you have to pay anually instead of monthly for premium and there is not a lot of features without But there is plenty for trying it out and I think if your trying to learn then premium is worth it

Easy and Fun Learning Experience

I was able to review several math classes that helped to prepare me for some college courses I ended up taking during the year that I was subscribed to Brilliant I did get charged for another year without receiving the notification email beforehand however customer support was quick to respond and very helpful in resolving the situation I would return and likely will to their services to continue learning more STEM content

Mistakes happen but at least they correct them very quickly

The program was okay But the main reason I gave them one star is because I had a free trial I decided to cancel the program before my free trial was up and then lo and behold they still charged me 120 I will get my bank involved and get a refund but that s definite no from me Update I had to come back and change my rating from one star to four Although I did initially get incorrectly charged after emailing their support it wasn t very long at all before they were processing my refund I honestly thought I was going to have to wait at least 24 hours before I heard back from them and then like a lot of companies I thought I was going to get pushback from them But they took care of the problem right away Things happen but at least they cared enough to make it right as quickly as possible

The new concepts that I was introduced to in my brief time with Brilliant were mind blowing literally The learning concept is challenging enough and the solutions are really helpful I was refunded and in full and within the advised time THANK YOU BRILLIANT

I like the lessons it has

I like the lessons it has Easy to understand but just challenging enough for your liking I like that you can tailor your experience based on your level of knowledge and contacting support was easy when I had an issue with my login which they were able to figure out The only downside for me is how the website is impossible to use on a mobile device It won t show the entire page and so I can t navigate through the website on my phone but that could be an update issue on my end

Fun accessible tool for learning

The Brilliant app delivers fun and very accessible ways to learn important concepts and build skill and knowledge The lessons are built on solid science around our ability to learn and master new knowledge I accidentally got charged by forgetting to cancel after the free trial and they refunded my money as requested When I have more time to spend using the app I will add it back and pay for it The price is a little high over 100 a year Given the value of an informed skilled and knowledgeable community at this critical moment in our history I do wish the cost were more accessible to all

Worth the money

The app is very well put together and their customer support is awesome They re generally quick to respond and very happy to help I wanted to change my 3 month subscription plan to a year plan and since you can t simply change your plan they quickly helped by refunding my current plan and giving a discount for the year plan I would have given 5 stars but when asking specific questions about a course through their in app function I haven t gotten any replies Apart from that it s brilliant

Not impressed with content but customer service was Awesome

I thought the app was ok I think it could be improved with less canned tests There wasn t a lot of flex in the pattern of assessment and five assessment questions is not enough to assess learning I found I am also a traditional math learner and while the content stimulated learning I eventually quit because I couldn t take the abstract ideas and translate them into concrete application I think this is where Brilliant fails On the exit note their customer service is Amazing I failed to properly terminate my subscription so when the annual membership came back around customer service courteously provide a refund In a world where subscription services screw customers left and right for the almighty buck I found Brilliant caring and flexible Thank you for that
