What a great app A wide variety of content and super easy to use The management of subscription via the app was a little more difficult but support staff were very helpful Although I haven t spent the time using it as I would have liked I will be using it in future Highly recommend

Duolingo but for STEM

I tried the app for a month I was mesmerized by the amount of content and the quality it was offered I didn t prioritize learning like I could have so I didn t spend much time on the app Once the billing came I forgot about the subscription and a member of their team was happy to help me cancel and refund my money If I was to schedule a regimented learning environment or homeschool my kids this is the core app I would need duolingoforSTEM

Very reasonable honest customer service

The product they offer seems great I signed up for their free trial But life got very busy and I never even logged in before I forgot about it I noticed the charge on my credit card for an annual subscription a few months later automatic when you sign up for the trial I contacted them to request a refund and even though I had agreed to the T Cs after explaining the situation they were kind enough to refund me I would certainly trust this organization to do honest business Will return to them if I find time for their offerings

Brilliant are just that brilliant I bought a gift subscription for my husband and then discovered he could get this cheaper through his own account I contacted them to see if they would refund me and they kindly agreed to do so Sandy was so helpful and quick in responding Excellent customer service and such a refreshing experience in this day in age Would definitely recommend this company and my husband is loving the courses
