Poor they gave me some lame excuse and closed my account and refused to give me an answer why I looked in Reddit and a lot of people had receive the same message and accounts were closed un expectedly

After transferring Crypto to their account they decided to close my account without explanation They blocked any transfer out of my account forcing me to change that AU without covering its cost Worst do not respond to support tickets

BTC Markets has prevented me from transferring money to other entities around the world saying they needed to know who I was sending money to and why This is none of BTCM s business The idea of the Blockchain is that one should be able to make investments and purchase items anywhere without BTCM being s nanny supervising my BTCM wallet and transactions BTC Markets has just lost a valuable account

Please address my issues asap

Due to the inability of not being able to move my cryptos to cold storage and the stress you have caused me I am developing serious health issues with my heart and am deeply depressed You have caused my marriage to fail and am now separated from the love of my life You have stopped me from trading my cryptos and earning a living I can no longer work and have lost all my confidence I have been hovering over my mind about committing suicide If you do not whitelist my BTC address so I can withdraw my cryptos to the attached exodus account below I will shoot myself on Facebook live stream while holding a sign with your company BTC Markets name and logo Answer to me in 72 hours maximumr vosk

Gone Downhill - I d go elsewhere

They were good then they just closed my account really fast They said it was because of item 21 in their terms of service which was really hard to find it s in really fine print at the very bottom of their web page Anyway item 21 is massive so it could be a lot of things I don t actually think this would be applicable to me but what I found really alarming was The Company reserves the right to terminate Accounts that have been inactive for a period of 6 months or more Very un HODL if you ask me That alone would probably make me think about not using them in future anyway even if they sort out the other issues

They used to be good but are now terrible Account suddenly had restrictions on it making it useless Stopped taking Bank deposits and PayID Then Blocked me from making payments with BTC Then I get Unfortunately we are not able to provide any further information as to why your account has been closed

Got to ask how their programming knows when you post a buy and then seconds later there is a buy for just above your ask If not trading bots then the company is sponsoring buyers to benefit from this arbitraging BE WARY as with volumes not high on this exchange they or someone something they can and haven t controlled is benefitting at your expense

They close accounts randomly and freeze with no recourse

The account was randomly closed No reason was given when asked Lucky had no funds on this platform as it would have been lost Be very careful using this platform as there is zero transparency and recourse given Note Have transacted in the past on the platform and was an very early customer that completed all verification little extra Everything was fine for over 7 years until they randomly closed the account Shocking The email said it was a Risk management program but very little was transacted on the platform and activity was low for many years

Response was fast however problem not

Response was fast however problem not resolved I have provided all required info and they said they are need snr management to look into it to try to return my funds I haven t logged into btc markets for several years and a lot has changed I managed to transfer btc from binance a few hours earlier and then tried to transfer USDT but apparently was sent via the smart chain so it s stuck in limbo It s been a week now and not sure when it will get resolved if ever
