I wanted to withdraw BTC and waited for a long time but it did not transact After calling the exchange I was advised the the withdrawal was blocked for security reasons and was asked to provide identification The request to provide the reason why this sudden security requirement came up was declined Apart from the annoyance of having the withdrawal blocked for unknown reasons the provision of video for the purpose of facilitating a withdrawal is itself a security hazard The process could have been simplified by a phone call detailing your procedures instead of suddenly withholding a withdrawal request

Love the 0 brokerage Need to allow for same day cash deposits and withdrawals with their cash account like other platforms

Easy and safe thought the withdrawal fee was a bit how s it goin Deposit took 30 hours but that s on commonwealth bank not btcmarkets

Nearly every time I transferred funds via Osko payments You would hold onto my money for up to 48 hrs Yes it cleared my bank verifiedYes you received money verifiedYes I had made many transactions Yes I contacted you numerous timesNo you hadn t rectified the delayNo you hadn t offered a reason whyANDI bet I don t get an answer or explanation Now I m worried about the validity of your exchange and hence why I took my money off your exchange and put it on a hard wallet
