Easy-to-use local Aussie Crypto platform

I find BTC Market s platform is easy-to-navigate and complete transactions It might be good if they added a section profiling each cryptocurrency and any current ratings e g Morningstar for stocks Thanks BTC

Had an issue whereby two sell orders

Had an issue whereby two sell orders placed wasn t executed when it should have been triggered unfortunately I did not contact the company at the time to understand the circumstances Otherwise I m very happy with the services offered by BTC Markets as a customer since 2017

App issues

Overall a great experience with BTC markets The app is a little frustrating solely because it logs me out so regularly full log out needing whole password and authentication It makes using the app annoying I check prices less and subsequently buy less because of it Once in it s easy and instinctive to navigate

Hi I m a very happy user of your service Would like to see more of the other mainstream coins though The human support when needed has been exemplary and professional I also enjoy seeing BTC represented on Martin North s YouTube

I like the security that the BTC

I like the security that the BTC platform provides and I recommend friends to use BTC as their platform as well There are several things that could be added to help make the platform more user friendly The platform requires more pairings to allow for a wider range of options The platform should provide more staking options to help generate passive income Having to continuously login in is time consuming if you step away from your computer too long The platform should provide daily P L as well as 30 day P L as an option I have dozens of ideas and too much to list but I will be staying with you guys regardless purely for the security but you need to continue to strive to be equal to or better than your competitors

Reliable and stable

Generally the big plus is that I trust BTC Markets with my money and coins but The trading platform is pretty limited in function and extras like alerts and more advanced buy options have been promised but not yet delivered

Quick Service

Quick Service and easy to use platform Highly recommended My only gripe is that they don t provide a tax invoice for each transaction like Independent Reserve and Coinspot do however all the trading history is there Maybe that is something they can improve on on the future

Able to instantly transfer AUD into out of your BTC Market account via your regular bank 24 7 This allows your BTC Markets account to be an extra bank account of sorts Instantly able to transfer your crypto into out of your BTC Markets account from a designated wallet 24 7 too Great on ramp off ramp for selected cryptos with simple intuitive software Unable to talk to anyone directly but communication is often quick via email issues are rare but resolved within a day or two when doing hundreds of trades a year I have been using this platform for years can speak well of my overall experience Refered numerous people to this platform with zero complaints

My overall experience of using BTC

My overall experience of using BTC markets to buy Bitcoin over the last year has been good I do not keep coins at the exchange and can readily move them to my cold storage wallet relatively easily It takes a while to get the hang of it if like me you are not very technical Depositing funds at BTC Markets is quick and easy The charting software is not a strong point as you can t lock your preferred scale setting and the scroll facility is different from other charting packages Overall I am a satisfied user of the service
