Does not support different networks on USDT the interface is preliminary and the app has too many bugs and does not provide all the featurs

Eye gauging fees

Great at the beginning until exorbitant fees came into effect Was basically bailing myself out of a sinking ship with the amount of fees collected by BTC Markets Unfortunately you won t be keeping me as a customer for much longer as its unnecessary and excessive

The whole bitcoin experience is new to

The whole bitcoin experience is new to many There are many companies and its hard to know how it works They say to contact customer service for support but you have to know how the system works to ask the questions They need a webinar or something to explain to people what that kind of market is all about and how it works You cant contact customer service if you dont know enough about it to know which questions to ask So while they may be quite good a newbie has no way of knowing as there is no guidance or knowledge as to what its all about It needs to be simple to the point and not too in depth They could even do follow up ones to take people interested more in depth into the process of how it works I am sure others are having this issue also if I am Something to think about

Last used 2018 and it was mediocre

Used a few times in like 2018 and never went back Not sure why I am getting spammed 4 years later Just remember it was average and limited in tokens so went to Coinspot and never been back since UNSUBSCRIBE
