I ve been trading with BTC Markets on and off for 7 years I trust them They keep improving the interface and adding more pairs Withdrawals in AUD are quick and easy within 5 minutes to my Osko-enabled account I ve needed customer support after losing access to my email address and again after losing 2FA access In both cases support was quick and helpful The fees aren t the lowest but that s the case for all local exchanges I believe

I have trusted these guys a long time since they started out in the crypto trading world and they haven t let me down yet Fast transactions and easy to use platform

Finally I have found a user friendly exchange The support staff are super helpful rather than being a hinderance like so many other exchanges I have shown people with little experience BTC Markets how to use the site and they love it The only downside is that for Tether they don t operate on the very popular and cheap TRC20 network Don t waste your time with the other clowns at other exchanges

Very smooth user experience interface is very professional the website cannot be faulted BTC Markets make it very easy to buy Bitcoin have been using them since 2017 I recently withdrew some Bitcoin and was very impressed by the speed with which it reached my fiat currency bank account The only hold up is getting money INTO my BTC Markets account Commonwealth Bank have deemed it necessary to wait 2 weeks for any transfers to go through and limit my deposits to 10k a month despite BTC Markets doing all KYC checks and after repeatedly telling CBA that these are transactions authorised by me These hold ups are for my own safety of course Obviously this has nothing to do with BTC Markets just very frustrating Users should beware that these hold ups will most likely occur more frequently as commercial banks realize that Bitcoin is a threat to their monopoly and limit the off ramps to the fiat currency system Would highly recommend BTC Markets

Withdrawal was quick and flawless now if only the banks would let us deposit just as quick when we want to put funds back in

Lower volume Australian exchange Has managed custody of our trade portfolio well through several bear markets Could do with a larger coin selection notable DOGE coin is missing from their markets Arbitrage is never horrific due to several trade bots you can always gode them higher if you wish to sell or buy at a slightly better price
