If I could give zero stars, I would. My stay at this apartment has been an absolute nightmare from day one. First of all, management is completely unreachable—they never respond to phone calls or emails no matter how serious the issue. You’re on your own here, and that’s just the beginning of the disaster. The apartment is filthy, and it stays that way. The bathrooms are especially disgusting, rarely cleaned, and clearly not maintained. People constantly throw cigarette butts all over the porch and in the planters, creating a disgusting, trashy environment. I’ve even had issues with tenants trying to get into my car while I was sitting in it—completely unsafe and unacceptable. On top of that, the app for the property is never updated, leaving you guessing about everything from maintenance to trash schedules. Speaking of the property: it’s literally falling apart. Door handles have come off in my hand, once locking me inside a room for over 30 minutes. Mold is growing on the window sills and ceilings, which is a serious health hazard. I’ve had things stolen multiple times, and security is clearly nonexistent. The trash situation is disgusting—pickup is inconsistent at best. After a week, trash piles up so much it has to sit inside the apartment or on the porch for two weeks or more, rotting and attracting bugs. As if that’s not enough, I’ve come home from work on more than one occasion to find a gentleman leaving the toilet unflushed and used in the most disrespectful way—and yes, there was feces in the shower. That is beyond unhygienic and utterly revolting. This place is a biohazard, a safety risk, and a total scam. Do not rent here unless you enjoy filth, being ignored, and having your basic safety and dignity constantly compromised.

Current tenant - they are a scam do not rent with them
I am a currant tenant with Bungalow and they are an absolute scam - will find any and every way to charge you and are unable to provide invoices for maintenance charges because it was in house Not sure how they cannot generate an invoice detailing services performed On top of that they increased the rent on the property and required us to resign without informing the owners of the property that they were doing this NO transparency on either side

Don t sign a contract with them
From one month to the other monthly services fees on top of rent water gas electricity garbage went from 99 to 175 without any announcements my bad I signed a contract that specified they could do that but learn from my mistake please We are four roommates thus they now get 700 in services fees for our apartment only They cover the TV WiFi monthly cleaning service cleaners only clean common spaces and maintenance services I ve been waiting to get a maintenance service since I moved in last August - it s February This is not inflation it s a scam Please don t fall for it if there aren t any apartments elsewhere do wait that extra weeks in an AirBnb it s still wort it

Poor quality work Horrible customer service
I m a home owner recently signed a contract with Bungalow They promised to update me on the status on a weekly basis but as soon as the lease s been signed they ve stopped responding to your emails calls The service they provide is the lowest quality job you can expect they hire local ppl thru different App and provide no oversight to the job done and no one really oversees the listing I wish I have looked at other bad reviews before I signed the contract with them Everyone is remote and there is no one looking over your house or posting with the attention it needs
