Very disappointed by the customer service this morning Simply trying to secure the delivery of a next day order made over the weekend It is now Wednesday Told that UPS will deliver on Thursday before noon But it should have been next day Order 809212 Made to feel that I was the problem I expect better customer service from this brand

Very disappointed by the customer service today from Millie in respect of trying to resolve an issue with order 8124540 damaged in transit by UPS Apparently I can only expect to receive a replacement when the UPS claims process ends According to UPS that could take up to 3 weeks As this issue is not of my making it would be reasonable for you to send a replacement order out the computer says no

A friend had a genuine Coat
A friend had a genuine Coat the dry cleaner lost the belts so I contacted Burberry and they refused to supply replacements even though I provided the images labels and all the photographs I wasn t expecting them to it for free they said they would only do it if I provided a receipt who keeps a receipt for something over 5 years old how ridiculous For this reason I would never recommend to buy one of their products in the future

Had a terrible experience placed an order for 2 items both unsuitable returned them both back but only received a refund for the one item i rang several times to chase it up but the customer service were very rude i requested for management to intervene and requested a call back but I had no joy instead i got refused my refund although the tracking confirmed it was delivered back to them Very disappointed

Disgusting service
Brought a 390 scarf Received an empty box with no scarf I immediately sent photos and informed Burberry who said they will investigate and could take up to 4 weeks After 2 weeks I called several tomes and said I wanted a refund as I do not expect to pay for goods that I have not received I was told on multiple occasions that a manager would call me back which they did not I spoke to one member of the customer service team in London and I asked for the name of the general manager and was told it was Kate I asked the staff member to spell the surname and she refused and then hung up the phone on me For a so called good company the service is appalling and this staff member is rude to hang the phone up on a customer Thankfully I have now received a refund from PayPal who said they did not receive any response from Burberry This does not surprise me You need to seriously address your customer service issues it is a disgrace

Buy from Harrods instead
After sales are very polite but inefficient Their website stated that the coat had a storm guard to protect from rain but it turned out that it was an error and infact it was just a storm shield which meant that the water just glides off the hood without dripping onto the coat Anyway I took the tag off so couldn t send it back to exchange for a different model Given that it s a luxury brand their post service is down in the dumps They re just robotic people with scripts read from a screen You re better off ordering the same thing from Harrods or Selfridge and you ll get much better service where they ll appreciate your business They re trained much better in those stores

Do Not Buy Burberry
Not only is the quality of the bag terrible given the leather canvas has torn on each handle as it attaches the bag Burberry will not do anything about it They do not offer the same guarantee or indeed service as other similar luxury brands Stay away my Chanel bag has given no problems

AVOID - Burberry Clothing
I purchased a Burberry Puffer Jacket along with a Burberry MAC I absolutely loved them both Until the Burberry MAC torn after 4 weeks of wearing it less than 5 times so I had to return this to the store and choose a replacement and the button cover came off my puffer jacket and when I approached Burberry to repair this they were unwilling and unable to do this I would never purchase their clothing again So disappointed If I had been a celebrity I feel that they would have done everything to assist me Under the CRA 2015 s9 s10 and s11 - the items were not of satisfactory quality were not fit for purpose and did not meet the description expected
