An honest review stick to in-store shopping
Wanted to leave an honest review here so that others can be aware before purchasing We ordered an item for collection ten days ago and were advised it should be available for collection in 24 hours Following zero communication from Clinton online both 2 and 3 days later we went to the shop in Stephens Green to check if it was available We were told that there was no communication between stores and shipping and no one could update us nor were there any phone numbers available We then got an email after 5 days saying that they would update us shortly - again days past and nothing no answer on their phone either Just this morning I emailed them again to see if there was any update - which was followed by an automated refund email an hour later no reply or apology from them To be honest I have shipped with them a lot in store over the last 2 years and they usually have nice stock in store but based on this experience I would strongly advise against shopping with them online purely because I don t think they actually have anyone managing the online store For such a small simple order it was worryingly poor Will continue to shop in store though the online experience was a mess
