The items I bought Moscow mule mugs and cocktail shaker are lovely And we re really well packaged for shipment Website looks good My low stars is because I called the number and it s clearly not a live business account yet I was told it would be shipped asap if I ordered today But after placing the order all lines were dead No answered phone msg chat email I had said I was buying local as I was hurried to receive it Not a major issue It arrived But if you re actively taking payment on orders Pls also actively engage with communication All sorted Would shop with them again if not in a hurry

This is the second time I bought online from the Clinton store to pickup from Butlershome in Stephen s Green Shopping Centre Dublin revier oil which was out of stock Previously the same thing occurred in December 2023 There appears to be a permanent error in the system as it is not updating stock levels Just because you sell completely unique reviver oil scents around Christmas I will try to buy them again in December Otherwise you would lose a long-time customer me and my partner we also bought other goods in Butlershome The money was returned to my bank account The next thing that surprised me negatively is the fact that you cannot pay in cash at Butlershome in Stephen s Green shopping center I don t like this new trend I like having a choice and deciding for myself However the great advantage of the store is its beautiful and unique assortment
