I placed my order on December 22nd It left your premises on the Dec 29th Today is January 16th Still no delivery GLS is unresponsive as usual Would not recooome3nd ordering from Butlers Homeware

I ordered 8 glasses and they sent the wrong glasses with 2 glasses broken and they haven t refunded me or replaced them for me The glasses they sent where a cheaper glassa and l haven t heard back from them Customers service needs to improve greatly

Unfortunately Clinton is a thef not a business man He was taking money out of my salary calculating everything wrong I was on the same salary in previous company He never paid me back my holidays he took out of my salary He devides your salary for 52 week and makes you pay for you own holiday from it He s verbally abusive towards staff name calling bullying He s a hypocrite with big ego He doesn t know how to run a store not integrity no morals beyond unprofessional

I made the order more than a week ago and selected pick up in store to collect it as soon as possible It has not yet arrived The waiting time to have an item delivered to store is too long

Product was listed in stock but got an email to say it wasn t in stock

The item I ordered is not in stock so I have to wait for 3 weeks before I will receive it

The items I bought Moscow mule mugs and cocktail shaker are lovely And we re really well packaged for shipment Website looks good My low stars is because I called the number and it s clearly not a live business account yet I was told it would be shipped asap if I ordered today But after placing the order all lines were dead No answered phone msg chat email I had said I was buying local as I was hurried to receive it Not a major issue It arrived But if you re actively taking payment on orders Pls also actively engage with communication All sorted Would shop with them again if not in a hurry

This is the second time I bought online from the Clinton store to pickup from Butlershome in Stephen s Green Shopping Centre Dublin revier oil which was out of stock Previously the same thing occurred in December 2023 There appears to be a permanent error in the system as it is not updating stock levels Just because you sell completely unique reviver oil scents around Christmas I will try to buy them again in December Otherwise you would lose a long-time customer me and my partner we also bought other goods in Butlershome The money was returned to my bank account The next thing that surprised me negatively is the fact that you cannot pay in cash at Butlershome in Stephen s Green shopping center I don t like this new trend I like having a choice and deciding for myself However the great advantage of the store is its beautiful and unique assortment

I was disappointed with the colour It s a very dull purple

Finally I ve received the worlwide-high-quality item I ve bought Butlers Homeware Ltd and it is been worth waiting for it each minute and each message I have received bad guidance about the shipping at the automated assistance by chat It is useless to offer assistance by chat Now can I recommend to buy the excellent items of Butlers Homeware Ltd
