At 6 months pregnant I wanted to start

The Long Branch store had taken over 2 thousand dollars as payment in full for my daughters nursery over 2 months ago and when we called to find out the delivery status we were told they never put the order in although we are holding the printed order in our hands they do not have furniture for us the store employees show no empathy for the error and do not return calls You cannot make this up 8 weeks away from baby s due date we are now to search for furniture and hope for a refund timely Shame on you BuyBuyBaby The worst experience you could possibly have Beware consumers

At 6 months pregnant I wanted to start my baby registry I use the app to add products to my registry Not one associate came to help or inform me of products I ended up wanting to purchase a diaper bag and went up to the register and was accused of stealing bottles I emptied everything on the counter infront of associates and was still accused of stealing I definitely felt me and my boyfriend were being targeted because of our color I ended up leaving SUPER upset considering I was excited to shop for baby I will never shop there again

Don t order if have a deadline to receive

Order delivery has been pushed out several times The package was t even shipped until after the first promised delivery date Now the 3rd Buy Buy Baby supplied delivery date has been missed If you need a gift or item in a hurry I highly recommend purchasing elsewhere

AVOID this company

My package was delayed with no further updates via FedEx I contacted buybuy baby customer service and explained I needed this gift for a shower and it has not arrived by the date advised when placed order I wanted to cancel the order and start a new one The person who assisted me was very rude and said I would have to wait I would not recommend purchasing something if need on time

AVOID this company Their customer service department is an enormous mess Disconnect you after waiting for hours chat sessions that keep dropping after waiting 850 sessions No response to FB IG and Twitter messages Returned an items which they received Back at the beginning of April and it s almost June now and still not refunded Just go somewhere where they appreciate your business

Manager was hopeless

Buybuy Baby is absolutely terrible Their website is very glitchy and somehow keeps getting my account mixed up with husband s It gave us rewards credits then took them away Then when I try to call customer service about an issue I ve gotten hung up on 2 times and 2 other times the agent swore the issue was resolved then a few days later it ended up not being resolved and I had to call again Currently on my 43 minute of this phone call with no end in sight If you d like competent customer service agents who resolve your issues I recommend shopping elsewhere

Manager was hopeless in Morrisville parkwest village It was going on closed down No returns no exchange board kept in a corner Some small scrubber 2 of them picked With no price tag on it It was lying in the bowl of other 1 items 12 99 were items nd I payed without checking the transaction along with other items She was so rude they didn t do anything I will blamed it on myself

Nope -0 Horrible everything PAID 195 4 a gift 2 b gift wrapped 2 b sent 4 delivery they didn t wrap it How many times have they ve gotten away w it cuz no1 followed up w their gift This was special 1st mama gift So dissatisfied w this company Not only overly priced but customer service is non existent Tell mamas 2 STAY AWAY from this company

Poor on time delivery and customer follow throughI bought a set of infant clothing intended for delivery on Christmas It could have been delivered between 24-28 Dec however instead I got a late notification and it now was delayed until Jan 7 30 days after order I requested a cancellation and refund and was told that I could not cancel the order had to wait to take delivery then return the items I have since cancelled my account with Buy Buy Baby Not happy with them Bye Bye Baby
