I bought a ring for almost 60 The color started wearing off after 1 week I left a review on their page They send me a new ring but deleted my review Afterwards I saw the same ring on Aliexpress for 1 56

I ll have to pay for earrings I didn t get

1 star for shipping and customer service I ordered earrings which were not delivered to my home address as agreed The carrier informed me that Byborn demands the package be picked up which I can t do I ve sent Byborn the confirmation that the earrings were sent back on december 30th Byborn insist they have not received the earrings and will not clear me with Klarna who want their money It looks like I will have to pay for earrings which I never got through absolutely no fault of my own Thanks Byborn never again for me

Stay clear of this dodgy site

I bought earrings from this company They were not delivered to my address as agreed I received no notification that DHL had my earrings and after 2 weeks of not receiving them I checked the tracking and could see they had been returned to sender by DHL ByBorn Customer service was TERRIBLE Told me it s DHL s issue have not refunded me my money I think this site is dodgy avoid like the plague might as well have just flushed 50euros down the toilet as I have no earrings and not refund

Fradulent business practices - Don t issue refunds

Stay away - This company does not issue refunds I purchased a few earrings after seeing an advertisement on Instagram and returned a few of those last year I received a email confirming my return on Dec 28th 2023 more than one month ago but still haven t received my refund to date despite sending multiple emails By now it has become clear to me that I won t be receiving my money a few hundred euros back - don t make the same mistake

Never deal with them brought pearl earrings and ten months later pearl fell off Contacted them and was promised a replacement and never arrived still chasing them and now not even answering the emails Very poor customer service

Not the same

I love pearl earrings First time I bought from ByBorn a year ago the silver ones and loved them I lost one of them and bought the same ones but in gold and they were not the same they were bigger and didn t suit me well This year I decided to buy another pair in silver and unfortunately they are not like the ones I bought first time they pretty much are like the gold ones so bigger and not to my liking
