Scam Do not buy They give out bogus phone numbers for contact They processed my payment immediately and it post to my credit card Can not reach them and my cc company informed me that they are out of Hong Kong But they list American addresses Please do not order it s a rip off

Got ripped off like everyone else tried to track shipment and said site was temporarily shut down for maintenance phone didn t exist no response by email Wells Fargo immediately refunded my money thank you Wells Fargo should have known about Trustpilot before this now I do but will never order anything unless it s a well known company You low lifes at ByShirts will be cursed by your actions in the end

I ordered shirts Jan 9 to promote awareness of domestic violence Web site states Delivery in 5-7 business days I found these reviews so why wait to cancel this order that I haven t received I will also cease utilizing PayPay Intend to file a complaint with FTC also Misrepresenting themselves as a US company instead Chinese is fraud isn t it First time I have EVER had a problem when ordering online UPDATE Since writing this review received items in mail today Silkscreening is worst I ve ever seen And 2 of 3 items - wrong color shirts I ordered forest green and burgundy Instead I get a fire engine red shirt and bright lime colored shirt Avoid the profound frustration and buy local

I ordered an officially licensed BSA sweatshirt which was then mailed from China and was an obvious sloppy knock-off I have made many attempts to contact Byshirts with no response I actually return-mailed the sweatshirt to the address listed on their website the address does not exist and the item came back by return mail Their website is currently down no surprise It is a sham company producing illegal knock-offs

The print quality is awful

The print quality is awful and customer service is non existent for the past 2 weeks i tried to return a shirt and the only thing I ve gotten back is my own message and tracking info on my package i am absolutely appalled It s like they re trying to wait for my time limit to be finished so they won t have to refund me never again

Do not order from this company they sell very low-quality knockoffs that are very badly done They then ask you to send the item back to China for a refund which shipping costs more than the shirt itself did in the first place They sell garbage

Just like the others said My shirt size was incorrect the image was not at all as it was depicted on their website it actually looked like an iron on They have a bogus address listed on their website although the domain is registered from shanghai china I won t bother trying to get a refund I will initiate a charge back with my bank after the weekend I will also be filing a complaint with econsumer gov for online fraud because of the bogus address Lastly I found the person on pixel com who originally uploaded the graphic I wanted on my shirt to notify them that they have a copyright infringement to pursue I really hope their order number for my order is not a legitimate count of orders because that puts me in a long line of around 25 thousand people who were probably upset as well at their merchandise Hoping to get this site banned

As has been stated by many disappointed customers already this company are SCAMMERS DO NOT BUY ANY OF THEIR PRODUCTS I seem to be in the group of purchasers whose package was received in JFK NYC on December 14th and has not moved since that time today is the 7th of January and I m only one state over I live in NJ so it s a pretty good assumption I m not going to receive my package Also I had sent 3 emails without the courtesy of one response and the phone number is not a working number total scam In dispute with PayPal which I would NEVER use for purchase overseas again they are taking forever to refund me and from this page I see others are in dispute with PayPal as well they need to STOP funding this fraudulent vendor

It s a scam -- these shirts are garbage quality

It s a scam Some garbage shirts from China with a website that makes it appear as though the products are good and will arrive in a reasonable time I got my crap shirt 6 weeks after I ordered it And it was terrible printing looked nothing like the photo on website I tried to contact company twice -- no answer Filed with PayPal and they denied my claim because the company responded to them showing a china post shipping history that it was delivered and I guess that was good enough for PayPal I won t buy from byshirts and I won t pay through PayPal anymore either

Very disappointing

Ordered one shirt and received tracking information that it was shipped on Dec 5 When I I clicked to track the shipping it is all in Chinese Nowhere on the site does it say it ships out of China Unfortunately it has not moved since Dec 14th despite the estimated delivery of January 6 When I check EMS it will not give me any further information I have contacted the seller twice with no response Don t waste your time or money
