Ordered for a 60th birthday presentWebsite clearly states free returns no asterisk for further information Unfortunately the rucksack was not suitable so had to be returned and the courier cost had to be paid Website needs to be clearer regarding the free return policy and what areas countries it covers

Poor customer service
A few weeks ago I ordered a Cabaia backpack for my daughter to give on her birthday Instead of taking the estimated 3 days to reach my house in Switzerland from the warehouse in France in the end it took 18 days Tracking said the package was stuck in the Swiss customs I exchanged several emails with Cabaia customer service and despite telling them several times that customs from France to Switzerland never takes more than a couple of days they insisted that this was normal and that I wait I started calling around myself I called the French post then the Swiss post and then the Swiss customs Finally the customs office was able to tell me what the problem was Cabaia had failed to specify the value of the goods on the customs form So in the end I had to do this myself to get the package released to me and all three organisations confirmed that customs never takes more than a couple of days My daughter finally got her backpack a week after her birthday I sent one last email to Cabaia explaining all the work that I put in and my displeasure that it was caused by their error They sent a polite response saying that they had been following procedure and that they hoped my daughter enjoyed her gift She did enjoy her gift but I did not enjoy my experience It would have cost them so little to actually listen to their customer who was in fact right They didn t even acknowledge that they made an error Beware RESPONSE TO THE REPLY FROM CABAIA BELOW Thank you for your response Please note that my complaint is not about the problem with the customs declaration mistakes do happen but that Cabaia s customer service refused to admit that the delay was unusual refused to look into the problem and left it to me to sort out That is poor customer service

The only reason why 4 stars is because all emails sent are in French as I do understand that the company is based in France they do sell international so maybe emails also in English Company does live up to their guarantee

I LOVE their product
I LOVE their product the only negative points I have is the delivery company they use colis priv which is not a reliable company at least in my area They systematically leave the parcel in front of my door where anybody can just steal them This even happened while I was home they did not care to ring the bell The bags are quite expensive and it would have sucked to have them stolen This makes me question ordering there again I just want to avoid colis priv at all costs

Perfect service My bag had a Loonse stitch within a year I bought it on holiday and had no receipt The customerservice did everything to help me and i had to send my bag to CABA A and got a voucher for a new one
