Excellent customer service and support from Chris and his colleagues who dealt with a rather unusual and quite complex issue Instead of giving up or passing the buck as many support people do he stuck with it and helped us solve the mystery Emails from the VoIP platform were not being delivered to a specific customer but worked elsewhere In the end we discovered that someone calling in sick had left a voicemail message the transcription included a banned word and this caused the customer s email system to block further emails from the VoIP platform Mystery solved Very grateful for Chris for his persistence on this one
