I had a very poor experience with Humayun and Cambridge Driving Academy Having failed my test before I had 3 lessons with Hum and was 3 weeks away from another test At this point Hum lets me know that he is unavailable to continue teaching me and that he is in fact on holiday during my test time Given that I had communicated my test date multiple times to both CDA and Hum since day 1 it was incredibly disappointing to be given such short notice and had I not reached out to Hum it would ve been even less I do not understand why this holiday was A not communicated to me earlier and B why I was given Hum in the first place as these things should be organised in advance It felt like I d been tricked into having lessons with an instructor and car that I would never take my test with When asked why I was not told this earlier he instead dodged the question accused me of having poor clutch control and suggested that I would learn better with another car Hum was very unprofessional over text and at no point volunteered to help me find another instructor or apologised for putting me in such a rough situation It is clear that he is an instructor that does not care about his students I then proceeded to try to arrange compensation with CDA which was a nightmare I called every day for 4 days and they were completely unreachable To her credit when I did get through the lady on the phone was understanding and treated me with professionalism and respect They were unable to offer me any compensation and as such I chose to no longer continue with CDA

This whole thing feels like a scam - they sell driving test appointments and only give you a few days notice then blame you for not understanding the rules and don t refund you

Totally inconsiderate company clogging up our road with an incessant number of their cars and a total disregard for residents

My instructor was very experienced and knew his job very well They have a lot of materials that will help you from Videos apps etc

Sincerely I appreciate the genuine desire of the instructors to see me through the learning process help me pass the test and more importantly help me become a safe driver I appreciate their patience and mildness and understanding And I must specially thank Mr Noor Qudrat for believing in me

I had a fantastic experience with my driving instructor Mohammad Bakhtyar He is professional and patient making sure to spend our short course focusing on my weaknesses Mohammad taught me how different roundabouts in the UK work and how to choose the right lane to reach common destinations using a Sat Nav especially on the common Cambridge test routes Thanks to his help I passed my recent driving test successfully I highly recommend him if you want to improve your driving skills in a short amount of time

I passed my test with the great help of my driving instructor Mr MAIWAND SAFI He is a really very good tutor with the great level of patience He is very professional and friendly as well Thank you Safi

I already had a non UK driving licence but I had to pass the UK driving tests I have booked 2 fast track VIP lessons with Mr Zairai Mr Zairai has great experience and is very friendly In 2 lessons I was totally aligned with the UK driving rules Thank you

I passed my driving test today with Elnara Babayeva She is an excellent instructor who is incredibly helpful and always makes me feel at ease while driving Although I had some prior driving experience I took lessons with her to prepare for exchanging my license in the UK During our lessons she quickly identified my weak points and we focused on improving them She also helped me build my confidence and even though my test was in challenging weather conditions early morning with rain and partial darkness her excellent teaching prepared me to pass with ease Thank you so much Elnara for your guidance and support

I PASSED ON MY FIRST ATTEMPT I passed on my first attempt I had an excellent experience with CDA and shafi as my instructor He was supportive cool patient and had a fantastic teaching style that made learning feel easy and natural I highly recommend him to anyone considering driving lessons-his approach truly makes a difference Thank you maiwand shafi
