Carewell s customer service is top notch
I had entered an order online and later noticed the shipping address was incorrect So I contacted Carewell s customer service who advised me the order needed be canceled and a new order entered Which they quickly did for me

My initial order was split into 2
My initial order was split into 2 deliveries The second delivery was marked received but I had not received it I contacted Carewell My concern was address immediately and with compassion Adriana reached out and assured me that a replacement order would be sent right away Within 2 days my remaining order was at my door In the meantime I received emails assuring me that my order would arrive promptly I m very impressed and grateful that as a customer with a small order my concern was met with respect and attention High marks all around for Carewell products and employees

We discovered this company accidentally but they have been a real blessing Suddenly needing medical supplies and not knowing where to start this company s customer service reps have been awesome in guiding us to the right products They continually encourage us to call with questions and appear to like their job by the kind way they help us find the right supplies We will definitely be using them for our future needs
