From the onset Christi has been extremely helpful in assisting our family to find a new home for my mother She kept in regular contact and emailed me with suggestions for care homes She s also been a great listener and given advise particularly when I was getting frustrated with certain organisations who were slow to act when a place became available for mum Thank you Christi and trusted care for all you help

I rang Trusted care 10th June to find a nursing home in Newbury area for my mother I had telephone calls from a few nursing homes offer to help and I found one suitable for my mother It was amazing response to our needs I would recommend Trustrdcsre to our friends and relatives

The team were quick to respond to my queries and provided exactly what I requested They called me regularly to see how I was progressing and to ask if they could help further They also provided me with general information on funded and self-funded care which was a really useful guide Trusted care saved me a huge amount of time and effort and allowed me to successfully place my mum

I found Trusted Care whilst searching Online for a suitable Nursing home for my mum I had previously complied a local list but so many couldn t meet her needs or were too expensive so I contacted Steve at Trusted Care who informed me that they re search to help me was free of charge and promised to send me a some details the next day I was amazed to find the list had names of local homes that I wasn t aware of and that they ticked all the boxes that mum needed She is now settled and I can relax knowing she s looked after Trusted Care took away the worries I had and I can t recommend them enough Steve stayed in contact to make sure the move went smoothly so a Big Thank You

I contacted Trusted Care to help find suitable accommodation for my husband I Spoke to Sian McCorkell who when gathering information from me was extremely knowledgeable in the care industry and she knew about most homes in the local area indicating which homes would be suitable etc Sian emailed over the information after our initial discussions and followed up a few days later as promised I cannot rate Sian highly enough Everything she said she would do she did Mine was a complicated case and not once did this phase Sian Her professionalism and conduct of my case was first class What an asset she is to Trusted Care

I was referred to this service while looking for respite care for my mother in law Even though we ended not booking anything in these guys especially Matthew were so helpful that I thought they deserve some credit and a positive review The communication throught the process was fantastic - whether by email or over the phone Matthew genuinely wanted to help us care we needed and kept in touch with any updates When we were promised an email it was received when agreed I will definitely be using this service again and will highly recommend

The Trusted Care team had helped me in the past when I was looking for respite care for my husband so when I needed to find a permanent nursing home place they remembered me and had all the details to hand It was a great weight off my shoulders to have them do the phoning around for me They kept in touch by email and phone calls and were always understanding helpful and highly competent
