Leigh-Anne was brilliant from the first time I asked her for help in finding a suitable home for my father getting me a visit arranged within 20 minutes to Bentley house which is where my father is now although through her we visited a few more before making this decision also grateful for the phone calls from her asking our dad was doing a credit to her many thanks

My initial enquiry was at 3 00 on a Friday afternoon and I was hoping for but not really expecting a response tBefore the weekend A couple hours later I received details of 4 care home in the area we wanted which had rooms available We selected a short list over the weekend and were able to visit them on Monday and Tuesday Mum moved in to her new home the following Monday Friends told me it couldn t be done that quickly Trusted care gave me exactly what I asked for and provided it quickly All very professional I would recommend them to anyone looking for a place for their loved ones

I was struggling trying to find a suitable respite placement Ages spent searching the internet and through magazines followed by many repetitive phonecalls Then I came across TrustedCare WOW Just one phonecall I spoke to the lovely and super helpful Sian She took all my details and requirements and said that she would find a list of suitable places for me The next day I received an email with a few possibilities I picked one made a phone call and arranged a viewing PERFECT The placement turned out to be everything we wanted Thank you so much to Sian at TrustedCare for saving me hours of work and finding the perfect place

The Review Comment My mother went to L Hermitage which she found difficult to cope with however the staff who look after her are amazing they have a laugh with her they do everything they can to meet mum s emotional and physical needs All the staff who look after the residents are friendly extremely patient and considerate of their differing needs nothing is too much trouble Meals are tasty varied mum is asked what things she likes they try to provide as much as possible There are activities daily which mum can join in with if she wants as well as trips out The two ladies at the front desk are so warm welcoming always so helpful The cleaning staff do an amazing job as I am sure its not easy getting everyone s clean items back to them The revamp of the facilities has made the home feel even more like a home it always has a lovely atmosphere and can t thank all the L Hermitage team enough for the amazing care they give mum It s definitely the best nursing home in Jersey

Matthew my advisor was so kind helpful and efficient that I felt very supported in my search for a new carehome for my sister after the one she lives in announced they would be closing in 3 months After taking the details he needed during a morning telephone call he emailed some possibles that same afternoon I was able to contact them quickly and visit one within a week which I though would be very suitable and we are now beginning the complicated bureaucratic transfer process Matthew has phoned regularly to check on progress and offer any help he could He has always been supportive sympathetic and knowledgeable for which I am very thankful Trusted care is a great service which I would recommend to everyone
