every car you detailed for me is a manual when i only drive automatics unable to use left leg

Be warned

I bought a BMW F20 unseen and the car was delivered No sign of a pre delivery check or service tyre pressure warning light on rear n s down to 17psi and not one up to pressure The delivery driver must have been aware of this Not an outfit I would trust again

Usually pretty good but when a specific car is requested it is not helpful to show every other kind of vehicle

You keep sending me searched vehicles that are not in my saved search thousands of pounds more than I can afford

They allow companies to show a false price

They allow companies to show a price for the car that is not the price being charged This is misleading to the customer The distance to the garage selling the car is also consistently under reported to make you feel that it is closer than it is

A NUMBER OF EMAILS INCORRECT

I RECEIVE QUITE A NUMBER OF EMAILS FROM CARGURUS MANY OF THEM ARE USELESS AS THEY DO NOT COMPLY WITH THE DETAILS I HAVE SEVERAL TIMES ENTERED IN YOUR SEARCH ENGINE ie MANUAL TRANSMISSION INSTEAD OF REQUESTED AUTOMATIC OR PRICE WELL OVER MY MAXIMUM

Not exactly an up to date web site kept being sent vehicles which I thought would be ideal only to find they had been sold by the dealership months ago one was even 18 months out of date Needless to say removed myself from their outdated notifications

I would like to give a higher rating

I would like to give a higher rating but your website is too unstable Original entries are skipped resulting in having to start again with search requirements which is very annoying Plus when a postcode is entered I expect it to stay there in full until changed Have a look at auto traders site they ve improved hopefully you can too

Took way to long to come back with any information so did not even get to view a car through them before we had already bought one elsewhere
