Excellent service

My experience in my dealings with Carlingo were all positive I found that all staff I met or spoke with over the phone were professional in giving details I needed to sell and buy a different car I was particularly surprised and pleased in how they assisted in dealing with transferring my direct debit to the DVLA from my old vehicle to the new

Buying a car is a difficult decision but Carlingo had many choices of makes and models which where made available to drive At no point did we get any pressure sales pitch as the customer is made to feel that their needs and likes mattered Great experience from choosing a car right through to collection was amazing

My wife and I discovered Carlingo by chance and it is the best place in my opinion for buying a car and I am 80years old and have lost count of the number of times cars I owned but Danny could not have been more helpful nothing to much all questions answered honestly all the staff very friendly and polite and the lady on reception thank you for keeping us in coffee I would without any doubt recommend Carlingo to anyone

What a fabulous and efficient service

What a fabulous and efficient service from Carlingo Everything happened as promised and the money for the purchase of my car was in my account within five minutes of the lovely collection man checking everything was in order DVLA were informed of the change in ownership by Carlingo and I heard from DVLA within the hour Evie was very efficient and extremely helpful I can certainly recommend both Carwow for selling my car and Carlingo for a smooth purchase and collection So Bravo Thank you Evie and Carlingo

An amazing company to do business with Danny the salesman was helpful from the start before I d even committed to buying a car he was helping me deal with an issue from the previous company I d been dealing with When I d finally dealt with them he was extremely helpful to get the right car for me and ensured it was perfect when I picked it up and the collection was very quick and easy Absolute pleasure doing business with this company

Great service from Sales Steve to Handover Travis and everything went smoothly The process was fully explained and transparent and communication was great throughout The car was in perfect condition and we ll likely be back in the future
