Absolutely appalling service The receptionist lady was extremely rude She hang up the phone just because I couldn t agree on a date as i was working I then went to the shop to try and speak to her and she agreed on hanging up the phone 2x The store owner was also verg rude not helpful at all They had been give then money in full hence why they didn t want to cooperate with me Do not use this service as very bad customer service both by owner and his receptionist

Started looking at them in October as they were recommended by the builder that was completing our extension The whole experience was a bad one from the start they do not get back to you even if you speak to them and ask for anything Apparently before they do anything for you you have to pay for the item up front We were not told this even-though we had a date pencilled in for fitting The day arrived and we waited for them to arrive only to find out that as we had not paid them up front no flooring has been ordered So we then paid and had to wait for them to come between Christmas and new year as you can imagine we wanted everything finished before xmas so a couple of days before the 2nd fitting i called Tracy to get confirmation that they were definitely coming only to be told very abruptly that its my day off you have to call Steve Would have thought that with everything we were going through and how things were not moving smoothly she would have accepted our call and said I ll get Steve to call you and not it s my day off so whilst the fitter completed an outstanding job in the end be prepared for a wild experience with these people

Fantastic service from start to finish
Fantastic service from start to finish Extremely happy to supply as many samples as we wanted and was very knowledgeable about the different options available to us We had a hardwood flooring throughout downstairs and loads of carpets to choose from for the upstairs Steve came round to double check our measurements and then kept in contact with us frequently to advise ordering and installation time frames On the install day we had an estimated time of arrival for the two fitters who turned up promptly and were also fantastic Very clean and tidy courteous and polite at all times The house was left spotless when they had finished They were a credit to Steve who called again once the job was finished to ensure we were happy Couldn t ask for a better service and will definitely be using them again and recommending them to family and friends

Excellent from start to finish
Excellent service from start to finish Lovely lady in the shop called Julie who helped us make some tough decisions and must have the patience of a saint lol We picked karndean natural prime oak hard floor for downstairs and pebble beach donkey ride carpets upstairs We got a couple of comparison quotes but carpetmaster was much cheaper despite all the so called promos We was booked in as soon as the flooring arrived The fitters arrived on time and were very clean and tidy no dirty shoes on our new carpet lol they even sealed all the skirtings too Job completed within 2 days Was very happy with the service and would absolutely recommend

Great Service Result
Genuinely over the moon with my new carpets thank you so much Friendly and efficient service from the beginning smooth and easy installation and a lovely result Steve great to deal with from the beginning and after being treated quite rudely by another business nearby this was a breath of fresh air Only constructive feedback is that the lady on the phone is nowhere near as nice as Steve Brad she came across abruptly

Brilliant Company
Such a pleasure to deal with a local company who are so efficient and reliable Steve gave us great advice in the shop regarding what carpet to choose and came round the day we moved in to measure up The fitters were brilliant came a day early plus worked late to get it all finished and did an amazing job Great after sales too and fair prices Would highly recommend Steve and his team and will be recommending to friends and family
