Problem solved

In January we arranged with our fitter to fit laminate flooring Unfortunately by the time we had found the style we wanted and arranged a date Covid19 kicked in and everything went on hold Recently when we could at last have the laminate fitted we realized we were one pack short On trying to source a pack we found our required laminate was in very short supply We eventually contacted Dean at Carpetways Manchester and explained our problem He was extremely helpful and said he thought they may have a pack left but he would have to search their stock He asked me to phone the following day to see if he had found a pack - I did and he had indeed he d found three packs One was complete and the others were open with some minor damage I said I d take all three I jumped in the car went to the store and saw Colin and as soon as I said I d spoken to Dean he knew immediately what it was about I was delighted that they had put in the necessary work for just ONE pack Both Dean and Colin were friendly and helpful and we will not hesitate to use them in the future

I spoke to Mark at the Kilmarnock branch regarding my urgent flooring needs for my business which opens back up 26th April after lockdown restrictions I had been let down by another supplier fitter Mark couldn t have been more helpful he sorted out the flooring and a great fitter within 24hrs Heather was also instrumental in completing my order Great professional knowledgeable and friendly staff I will be back for my future flooring needs and I d highly recommend them
