Bought our summerhouse 11 months ago

Bought our summerhouse 11 months ago door lock has failed twice now and on the first occasion we called Car and they sent someone straight away to replace it Unfortunately this was not the case this time left countless voicemails and sent countless emails over a 2 week period and got absolutely no response Ended up having to arrange pay for the lock to be replaced ourselves we couldn t even get into the summerhouse which had essential items in it The repair guy eventually called us after 2 weeks and had to apologise on his companies behalf for them not returning our messages Not his fault poor fella It seems a good service when they sell you something but not interested after they have taken your money so do bear this in mind
