Don t use this company

Don t use this company they supply incorrect information left me in great debt with a car that was pending a insurance claim when they told me there was no accidents or claims pending on car now I m stuck with a write off car and their answer is that they do not provide accurate information and this is stated in their fine print Save your money with these scammers

I wanted a mileage number on a car I was offered so entered a low number just to check against This is the number that was then listed on the report - does not give actual accurate mileage on the report

Cartell had not up-to-date information on car Want to alert potential secondhand car

Want to alert potential secondhand car buyers that I paid 35euro to Cartell for a 3 star review on a 2015 car I was interested in purchasing and given that the review did not highlight any issue with regards to the car I contacted my insurance company to take out cover but to my horror was informed that the car was flashing on their system as beyond financial repair I emailed Cartell to complain that this happened and their response was that the insurance company involved did not share the write off information in a timely manner in my opinion this is highly unsatisfactory and Cartell SHOULD state on their website that information may not be up to date Totally unbelievable that their checks are not accurate I was very lucky that the insurance company I contacted for a quote had the information that the car was beyond financial repair

I bought a report for a car that I know it was crashed but it does not show in the report written off car asked for my money back no reply yet

Can t trust report

We recently carried out a car check on Cartell ie and the report for vehicle in question came back with a glowing response However we decided to crosscheck on another website and the report came back with a warning flag suggesting the vehicle may be a write off damaged in a crash used as a garda car or possibly flood damaged How can this be as we were searching the same on registration on both sites Having paid for the Cartell report we can t trust it So what are we paying for

Got all clear on Import only to find it was an insurance write off

Did a full check before importing car from Northern Ireland Came fully clear A year later when selling the buyer checked deeper and found my car was a Category S write off insurance after a crash on the poctra net website Suddenly i was stuck with a lemon despite the check Lost 2 5k was offered refund on the car check lol and of course the TsCs cover cartell Seems they have issues getting certain write offs on UK inc NI reg s but once rereg d in Ireland they can update later Too late for me cant trust this service again BUYER BEWARE

Be very careful reports not always correctGot a clear result and agreed to pay

Got a clear result and agreed to pay 21 000 for the car when I went to transfer my Insurance the Insurance Company advised the vehicle had been written off they couldn t put it on cover without an engineers report Lucky for me otherwise I would have trusted the Cartell report This vehicle was not an import and only two years old

Had to login in many times Went through all the steps then the payment page kept stalling the chat function is offline now I have no info and I have no idea if my payment went through and no report I m trying to buy a car today and your service is an absolute joke
