CashApp has zero online fraud protection polices or services They best they can offer is for you to request a refund of your money Then the person has to either accept or decline your request before money will or can be sent back to you So What that really means is any money you send is gone forever

CashAap has the worst refund policy If you are scammed and you request your money back from CashAap letting them know it was a scam the policy is to request a refund from the scammer and if they decide to refund it you will get it back otherwise you won t I mean why would a scammer refund you your money CashAap is the best way for scammers to make money

Cash app has the absolute worst

Cash app has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced They closed my account without warning and I had my child sponsored on my account so I could not send him money for food that day and when i tried to speak with someone it took weeks and I never got answers as to why my account was closed Cash app operates unethically and is very unhelpful when trying to resolve issues No one in customers service helps and they refuse to let you speak with managers They do not care about there customers at all

Cash App took my funds and the system did not make the transfer I have been trying for few weeks since November 28th to retrieve my funds back I ve got nothing but the run-around from emails and chats Beware of using CASH APP Their review rating is very low

They closed my account with funds in it 6 months ago withoutexplanation Been trying to get an explanation I get nothing but run around and have not gotten my money back They are scammers themselves

They sent my crypto to an address I did not specify

I sent bitcoin to my Cash App account They rejected the deposit and directed me to reverse the deposit I had a deposit rejected in July of this year and had a problem with the address they sent it to SO this time I specified the address I wanted Double checked it to make sure it was the oner I specified I completed the reversal Then to make sure I opened the reversal dialogue Saw the last four digits matched the address it was intended to A couple of days went by and I connected through chat to dfind the status They stated that the refund is in the blockchain waiting to be processed They sent me the link to the transaction but the address they had listed the bitcoin being sent to was not the one I specified They did not gave any explanation except to say that They would not specify an address However I know this is an address I never saw as much as specified To add insult to injury they the paid a fee that is so low it will never get processed or be able to get accelerated for a fee The customer service tend to explain why something is not their fault rather5 than offer any assistance to help a client resolve an issue It is no wonder that 93 of reviews are one star which is the lowest you can rate a company

I have been waiting 2 weeks now for my refund on my cash app account I used my cash app card at an atm machine in Rock Hill SC The machine didn t disperse the money I requested due to the machine being out of money Instead of 300 it only gave me 20 with an error code on the machine On the receipt it said it reversed the charge but Cash App has only refunded me 20 so far and Christmas is 3 days a way I haven t had my money since December 8 This is unacceptable

The won t let me access an old account with over 735 00 my taxes they are located somewhere over seas they would not accept my drivers license or the last 4 digits of my social security number It s just a matter of time before they are on 60 minutes for scams

It has been around 6 month and I still cannot withdraw my own funds It s just a message saying pending verification I contacted customer service but they say they can t do anything and they have sent an email resolving to fix this and still nothing Furthermore when I m on desktop every time I click on the Money section it literally just refreshes and sends me to home page like seriously Beware of putting money in you may never see it again

I recently had a SIXTY one dollar charge made from my account at a store I never use My dispute was denied I can guarantee this will be the last money cash app rips me off for They re one of the least trustworthy applications out online the only bigger scam is Credit Karma Save your hard earned money by stuffing it under your mattress it s safer there than in the hands of these crooks
