Amazing how they re trying to charge 3400 for a RTX 3080 even with the GPU shortage add to my not-to-buy-from store list

Horrible Experience Do not Recommend

I made an order for a voltage transformer and it arrived fast however upon opening the box the product did not match with the pictures on the website I quickly sent an email to the support and they said that I could return but they would only refund me the money for the product without taxes not including what I paid for shipping which is was almost the same as the price of the product which is ridiculous However since I made a small tear on the box no damage to the equipment they told me I was not able to get a refund because of tha t which does not make any sense since the equipment is completely fine and without any damage It s funny how they quickly changed the pictures on their website so that now they match the product I still have the old pictures saved to prove this Would not recommned this store to anyone

O made an order at 4 12 Today it s 29 12 and I m still waiting Besides that they change the telephone number to a paid one so you can stay an hour waiting someone answer while is paying n no one answer

I made an order in 27 06 2020 the information was estimate to delivery in 10 days After several emails and posts on social network finally they sent my products in 16 07 2020 I haven t received it yet it is in transit But poor delivery system I do not recommend it to anyone Only if you are willing to wait several weeks to receive you order

Delays poor communication and lack of feedback to the customer an incompetent and disinterested sales manager employees who go on holiday without guaranteeing the continuity of the process poor management of the external partners whose job it is to guarantee the delivery and assembly of the equipment They don t answer their phones and are slow to reply to emails I had to chase them up myself to guarantee the service after having already paid for it All this together made my buying experience a nightmare
