Had an issue with a drinking fountain which I emailed Customer Services about 3 times without a reply Then wrote to CEO and asked for his assistance No reply ever received An organisation takes it s lead from the top Tells you everything you need to know about this company Would give a zero star review if that were possible

This is literally the worst customer
This is literally the worst customer service I ve ever received They listed the wrong replacement part for my cat tree so when I received the post it didn t fit They fought me on agreeing to replace it and wanted me to pay the shipping to return the part which was more than the part itself I finally got them to agree to send a replacement It took 3 months and I just got it today and ITS STILL THE WRONG POST I can t even begin to explain how annoying this has been I will never shop there again Save yourself the frustration

After two months the fountain started
After two months the fountain started leaking every where I contacted the company and they did nothing Don t waste your money on this product it cost me 60 at Walmart and it s garbage to me now If I had gone away for two nights my cats would of had no water because the fountain kept leaking Awful product and company

The single worst customer service ever
The single worst customer service I have ever experienced Bought defective filters took them 11 days to respond at all and now after 2 5 weeks they say they ll send me replacements in 2-3 weeks Why not just refund so I can buy more Ridiculously unhelpful unresponsive and unprofessional Find another company

Horrible Motor Life
I have purchased two Catit Flower Fountains in the past year I have two cats and they do like it But the motors are horrible I have already bought two repacements in under a year I have good water quality and I clean the motors and the filters regularly 2x mo I am tired of needing replacement motors

I have just purchased a Catit pixi smart water fountain not happy with it at all not stable the cat has had it over number of times water gone all over the floor the price you pay you would expect it to be solid The others I had from different manufacturers were OK

Mu daughter purchased a Flower Fountain
Mu daughter purchased a Flower Fountain from Zulily When we opened the box I called Catit There were 3 pieces of the pumping system missing and she told me it came assembled It did not I had to order the whole pump to repair which would be almost the price of the fountain Also they could not do anything It was Zulilly s responsibility

Wish I could rate it 0 stars I waited over a month for my Catit water fountain to ship and after 3 phone calls and 8 emails I finally received tracking information I currently have a Catit water fountain and love it but I will never order directly from their company again I suggest buying from a third party or getting a different fountain all together Their costumer service is unresponsive and unprofessional It would have been better to contact my bank to get a refund then try and go through their horrid costumer service representatives

Buyers beware
Bought a vesper cabana for my daughter kitten for Christmas Received it on 28th November box was undamaged so didn t check contents Was opened to be set up on Xmas eve and discovered not one but both support sides were broken sent email and pictures as soon as discovered to company Received an email today from customer services saying I should have contacted them within 48 hours of delivery So no replacement or refund on product so please check when or if you buy from the site that everything is in working order and pray it stays that way Very disappointed in the service will now shop on zoo plus or another online retailer
