Helpful and professional organisation

I have to praise the Birmingham Adoption centre who helped me to re-home a stray last year I was on a waiting list for a while but unlike many other overstretched rescue centres Cats Protection did actually ring me back and eventually took him in He found a new home thanks to their support More recently the Halesowen branch have been brilliant in helping me to re-home a young mum and 2 kittens They have allowed me to foster to them temporarily while sorting all the veterinary interventions and the advertising for rehoming Cats Protection have been a source of advice and support over many years and I am extremely grateful for their ongoing help both to myself and to the many stray cats they have helped me to deal with over the years

Feral mother and 3 kittens

A feral mother and her 3 kittens had taken up residence in our greenhouse We have 2 cats of our own but were happy to feed them through the winter months We were worried that the mother might get pregnant again and after watching one of our neutered cats trying to mate with one of the kittens contacted the Cats Protection They managed to trap all 4 cats in one day and were returned a few days after being neutered All were found to be female The 3 ladies who picked them up and brought them back were brilliant

I recently gave a home to yet another

I recently gave a home to yet another mature cat from Cats Protection I got a lot of help in deciding on the right cat for me and the cat fosterers in the Tain area were there to put my needs and those of each individual cat together to come up with the right match My new feline friend is perfect

Really surprised at all the bad reviews Must just be to do with the branch or asking the charity to do stuff they don t have the means to do I got a call from a lovely volunteer at the Peterborough cats protection called Tiff asking if I wanted to adopt a kitten and I now have the most gorgeous tabby boy who is super loving and cute and confident because he was looked after really well by a vet in foster Seamless transition and no problems cats protection were amazing in my opinion we are so impressed thank you X top marks for cats protection Peterborough I love my little fur baby

Great and friendly staff at the cat centre

The staff were very friendly and let us see the cat and get to know her and stroke her She was a very friendly cat and seemed to be comfortable meeting us

We adopted two cats from Basildon and they have been an amazing addition to our family Adopting them was straight forward and there wasn t even a week between us meeting the cats for the first time to us having them in our home There was a little bit of confusion with the vaccines but they sorted it out perfectly and within a day

Good quality gifts

I have to stress - I have not adopted a cat from Cats Protection and I have never tried to so I can t comment on that I want to review the gift items I ordered from their catalogue Everything arrived very well packaged and in perfect condition It took three days from placing the order to delivery delivered by DPD The quality of the items is excellent and exactly as described and displayed on the website I am happy to be able to support their work even if I am unable at present to adopt any cats

Lovely charity

Adopted 2 kittens last month and the charity were just so helpful The kittens had been well raised socialised from a week old with the volunteer fosterer with mum cat too and are just a delight I got loads of information at the adoption and extra useful pamphlets etc And the team was still on hand to help when I had a few questions in the weeks after Plus they loved receiving pictures of the babies in the new home and hearing about how they were settling So shout out to the Worcester branch in particular on this occasion also signed up for the CP weekly emails and the informative videos have been great
