Dreadful company
Dreadful company has no interest in customers problems and tries to blame me when the T-shirt arrived with the weaving comin undone Worst T shirt company I have ever bought from Some of their artists are brillant but the guy in charge is a total A-hole

Never gave me my 20 worth of shirts
I ordered 5 shirts from there and I never received them They had a deal going on and I got 5 shirts for like 20 Few months pass I stumbled upon their Facebook page I sent them a message on messenger and they told me to send them the order number from when I ordered my shirts I sent them the number as well as a screenshot of the confirmation email I received when I ordered them They left me on read and randomly deleted their account So now when I go back to my messages with them it shows up as Facebook User with the default photo and I m unable to message them The designs are incredible and super cool but I d never order from them again and it s suspicious how they randomly got rid of their account when all I wanted was them to see they missed an order and just wanted my money s worth of shirts

Really disappointing
I ordered a few items during the Black Friday sale and was really excited for my items It s been over a week and tried to contact them just to see the status and had no correspondence I work in a warehouse pick and pack situation probably similar and I know how stressful and under pressure they must be But after a week of no emailing back and no idea what s going on it feels like a scam and I ve lost 100 dollars

Takes forever to ship if you reach out asking for an update the dude in charge who I guess does all the customer service somehow is super snarky and a real AH No answers two weeks to ship terrible quality

Inconsistent fit Deny problems
Great designs inconsistent sizes and use of materials T-shirts are unpredictable whether you re going to get a size that fits you or not do not buy from cavity colors Absolutely atrocious customer service that just constantly deny they have a sizing issue Half the shirts I have purchased from them say they are large but fit like a medium and they tell me they should all be the same when clearly they are not

I ordered a Krampus shirt November 30
I ordered a Krampus shirt November 30 2024 The shirt was a pre-order and was supposed to ship out within 2-3 weeks of ordering I email them right before Christmas to get an update on delivery since it was over the 2-3 weeks only to get a stock email back saying they are on Christmas break until January 6th I wait until January 6 email them again and finally get a reply days later They tell me that the printer broke or something like that so they are behind on those shirts They said they will get them out soon Apparently the printer broke at some point before they went on Christmas vacation I told them they should have informed people that were waiting for their orders and they agreed they should have Maybe a week or more goes by and I email AGAIN asking about the status of the shirt I paid for in November They email back saying they will not charge me for the shirt but they will still keep the order active and still send me the shirt for the inconvenience and the shirt will ship out soon I have to email them back and let them know they already charged me back in November They provide the refund and assure me that my order is high priority and the shirt will still ship I thank them and wait some more I email them at the end of January checking on the status since I just also ordered a pre-order pair of sweatpants from them AFTER this whole mess I received an email stating that the shirt will be mailed by the end of last week It is now Thursday night and it did not ship last week I emailed them a dew times since then only to be completely ignored by this company I never asked for a refund I ONLY WANTED THE DAMN SHIRT I ORDERD 2 MONTHS AGO I even asked if I need to just reorder this and pay again so I can get the shirt only to be ignored This company has lied to me again and again given me the run around again and again and now is completely ignoring my emails in attempt to just get the shirt I want and ordered I would just reorder the damn shirt but am afraid this exact thing would happen again NOT A GOOD WAY TO TREAT A PAYING CUSTOMER CAVITY COLORS I hand been lied to again and again and ignored by this company

250 worth of products never sent
I placed a LARGE order 12 31 24 The order did contain a pre-order item so I knew it could take a few weeks to ship The order confirmation email said at the latest 1 31 25 That date came and went I checked my email the website my spam folder NOTHING I sent MULTIPLE messages to customer service all week I ve never received any response Now I ll be doing a charge back even though I just wanted my items They charged me a few HUNDRED dollars large order back in December but can t even answer a message about what s going on I don t think so
