I used EMS to send my package back and I got it in a good condition The service is good in general When you first pay for your order they tend to reserve that amount of money from your Credit Card or whatever you use They won t charge you until they send it for shipping which is the last step on their side I once had to cancel an item from one of my orders which you can do before they send it for shipping After cancelling the item they sent another request to my Credit Card to reserve the new modified amount which kinda made me think that they charged me twice since I got a new notification from my bank account regarding the new amount of money but I was wrong And I think many people get the wrong idea about this procedure and think that CDJapan charges them twice or whatsoever but NO they only reserve the amount and ONLY charge you when your order is finished and is sent to the designated shipping company -------------------------------The only thing that I don t like is their website being so slow

Read all shipping options carefully You have atleast 7 shipping options Chose a flat rate shipping that works for you If you chose the shipping that is cheapest the wait time is 5 weeks without trackingMy book was carefully packed

It s very weird to see negative reviews for this site I bought artbooks from them several times in 2018 and they all arrive within 2 weeks with Airmail delivery Their book packaging is one of the best I ve received dented boxes from famous sites like A N damaging the books inside There will be delay if your book is not listed as ready but usually they will contact you in case that happens My only gripe is the books don t have sneak peeks for the interior I had to google for that and it can really take some time

Pretty pricy but my preferred way to get imported products from japan is from CDJapan more often than not Have bought well over 50 manga volumes from them at this point and had little issue with their customer support when I needed assistance

My items have always arrived very well packaged The delivery time depends entirely on the delivery method I ve always picked EMS and I ve never had any problems The only downside is the price CDJapan is a bit expensive compared to their competitors

I bought the Doukyuusei fanbook and received everything within a month I was stoked to received this book and couldn t be happier with the way CDJapan packed it nicely for me I went with the cheapest package and everything came in good condition Their shipping rate isn t that bad I highly recommend this site to anyone who s interesting in souvenirs from Japan

My experience was good Ordered 2 SACDs to be shipped via fedex Order arrived in good condition within 5 days I had absolutely no problems They have a good selection of titles Prices are a little high and shipping costs are too much Since they have a decent selection of SACDs -- some that other sources are unable to get apparently I ll probably buy from them again

Products are authentic and packaged safely Genuine products However I would say that shipping is quite expensive but not too expensive Just dont trust the shipping times They said my package would arrive in 1-2 weeks however it arrived in 26 days In the end I am happy with the purchase

I like CD Japan and all my orders arrived until now But since I made a large order I found out something that isn t fair I always picked shipping with Air Mail which is about 7 and it doesn t have any tracking Now with 3 CDs I payed almost 15 for shipping and it also has no tracking Why Because it was shipped with Air Mail The shipping prices are too high and for 15 it should include a tracking number
